One character per account, three accounts per person. Simple as that. You must have no more then two Mutants.

And you can't have all your characters of the same territory. You are allowed two though.

Be reasonable with your history. Really, would an 10 year old girl swim 10km through open ocean after a shipwreck, and then survive for a week in the jungle? Not possible!
