# IPW:UK To Make Good On Promised Main Event From The Final Ever AWA:UK Show!
» ‘American Dragon’ Bryan Danielson versus ‘The Anarchist’ Doug Williams was certainly a mouth-watering potential match-up, but when flight complications stopped Danielson making his way into the country as planned, fans were left chomping at the bit to see the match, somehow, some way. The 2005 Wrestling Observer technician of the year, Danielson going head on head with quite possibly the UK’s finest technician, Williams.
Come August 19th to the rescue. IPW:UK’s first port of action was to try and ensure that American Dragon Bryan Danielson was on the show. Earlier today Doug Williams confirmed his booking for August 19th, and so the match is ON. A technical masterpiece, but that’s not all…
With IPW:UK regulation singles matches having a 20 minute time limit, and tags going a maximum of 30, IPW:UK officials were worried that fans would be left with another sour ending, should the two men match each other in the ring for the full 20 minutes without a fall. Therefore, it has been decided that the match will be:

# More International Talent To Grace The Cards Of IPW:UK In Ware!
» In addition to the movement to add Ring of Honor’s Bryan Danielson, IPW:UK have confirmed that at least one more international name will be in action at “Ware Is IPW?!” on August 19th.
As well as said surprise international name, IPW:UK fans and AWA:UK fans alike will be pleased to hear that JC Thunder is returning to Ware on August 19th. Thunder, quite possibly the funniest and most popular man in Orpington, will be in singles action just one-night before he makes his MC’ing debut in Orpington. But what style will he have in store for IPW:UK fans, and what opponent can IPW:UK matchmakers find in time for August 19th?

As you may or may not know, IPW:UK have taken over the operations of the Drill Hall in Ware - Hertfordshire, from the AWA:UK. We plan on keeping up the good name of the AWA, while adding in the high-paced, hard hitting action that IPW:UK fans have come to know and love.
At the last event, the promised main event of Doug Williams vs. Ring of Honor Champion 'The American Dragon' Bryan Danielson never occurred, due to Mr. Danielson missing his flight into the country. As a result, IPW:UK's first action having taken charge of the hall was to ensure Doug Williams and Bryan Danielson be booked and for this match to take place. In addition, while all standard IPW:UK matches have time limits of 20 minutes/30 minutes for tag team affairs, this bout will be fought with NO TIME LIMIT, first fall to a finish.
In addition to this, the IPW:UK Title will be at stake, as Martin Stone has offered young challenger Dragon Aisu the opportunity to fight for the gold. This is Aisu’s first singles match in IPW:UK, let alone first title shot – will the occasion be too great for him, or will we see a big title upset in Ware on the 19th?
