How to become things like Admin or Mod, or the other member groups, the Site Gaurdians and Jury.

Becoming one
*You must be at least at "Active Member" status to let us know you are online a lot. We are looking for people who will be able to spot spammers, hackers, etc. fairly quickly. I mean, I know that there will be things admins miss occasionally, but that's what members are for: to report it.
*You should be able to follow the rules as best you can. You should not have many people reporting you for things like art and sprite theft, spamming, or flamming. You should also be willing to report someone else for doing the same.
*You need to keep your warn level at 0% for atleast a month (28 days) before you can be admitted into admin or mod status.

Remaining a Mod
*You need to be fair and reasonable in your punishments. Do not crank a user's warn level all the way up to full for just one offense, and especially not a first offense.
*Do not abuse your powers as a moderator. I do not want to see someone get their username or something changed and then find out that they didn't do it.

Remaining a Site Gaurdian
*This group is important! You are meant to find spammers, theifs and potential hackers throughout the forums. You need to do your job as best you can.
*Do not go and report someone for theft or flamming, only to have me find out it was some personal vendetta thing you have against them. ABSOLUTELY NOT! If I find this is true, you are automatically off the Site Gaurdians group.
*Make good decisions as to whether or not a person is a potential theif or hacker before you warn/report them. As with the above rule, I don't want to find that your actions are strictly personal things against someone.
*Report all potential (or already crime commiting) people to a Jury member. If they decide the person is not guilty, don't worry, your warn level and things like that will not be affected.

Remaining a Jury
*This group is solely based on communication with fellow Jury members and good judgement. Your job is to decide if an accused member is guilty or innocent of their accusation(s). Then, if a person is found guilty, one of you is to report the member, his crime, and your group decided punishment to me. No other admins, as I am the final and most influential jury member. I will either decide the person innocent, or follow through with the given punishment. If I decide the accused as innocent, don't worry, you will not be suspended or anything.
*I know that when we get enough people on the jury, it will be impossible to get everyone in a meeting at once. 3 - 5 people is all you need to begin going over the case and decide guilty or innocent.
*Again, do not abuse your powers over people.

Remaining Admin
*Simple... you must follow all rules for members, and the ones set up for becoming and remaining a mod.

That's it. Ow, my fingers hurt from typing.
