Not only is that NIcki, in the fan-made Nicki Clyne mega mix music video we basically intercut BSG scenes with scenes of her in the crowd here.

In the fan Q&A she explained that she basically threatened the music video producers until they let her in.

Factoid of the week: Todd Facey from the New Pornographers also wrote "V-Club", the really cool song that can be heard in the first minutes of the "Caprica" pilot.
