Name: A'dhin (Aildhin)
Age: 14
Gender: Male
Sexual Pref.: Bisexual

Physical Description: A'dhin is a tall lad for his age, reaching about five foot, five inches. Judging from this factor, he is expected to reach a little over six feet by the time he reaches seventeen. The young boy has a thin, almost willowy build, mostly from time spent sitting outside and his habit of hardly eating. He has short, curly bright auburn hair that appears more red than brown. Gentle, oval-shaped eyes are a mixture between a piercing emerald green and a gentle honey brown, with the green being the main color.

His tall and willowy form is covered by deeply tanned skin with several scars breaking the monotony. These scars, located on the boy's arms and chest, are usually hidden from view by long-sleeved shirts of any kind. This boy has no preference for color, wearing whatever feels comfortable that day and matches the pants he's wearing, which are usually black or dark khaki.

Personality: A'dhin is rather cheerful, often able to find some form of good in any situation. He is a joker of sorts, preferring to say a gentle joke to get others to laugh and open up to him. Naturally outgoing, the boy will do whatever it takes to get a person to talk to him, even going so far as to hold the person down if he's so inclined. He's a complete wreck at his most nervous, as he tends to focus on one thing one second, only to be distracted by something so simple as a leaf fluttering in the breeze or a crawler on the wall the very next. This singular flaw makes it hard for the boy to gain many good friends, as people often get irritated by this habit. When he does make friends, they're for life, and A'dhin is willing to risk his very life for them.

History: Aildhin is a weyrbrat, born in Fort Weyr as a result of a gold's mating flight. His father, a bronzerider, was infinitely proud of his son, and did everything possible to spoil the boy. Luckily for him, Aildhin didn't let his father's attentions go to his head. His foster mother always told him to behave and to treat others as he would like them to treat him. The boy took these words to heart, and did everything in his power to make others happy. Soon after he turned five, however, he lost his father to a freak flying accident. The handsome bronze dragon, in full view of everyone in the Weyr, simply fell from the sky, crashing into the outer edge of the Weyr.

Saddened by the death of the father that always remembered him, Aildhin fell into a deep depression, but was jollied out of it by his first and only friend, an older boy named Dailtrek. Several Turns later, when Aildhin was ten, his mother could no longer handle the loss of her mate. The goldrider suicided, her and her dragon departing forever between. The loss didn't affect Aildhin as much, as he was loved by all in the Weyr, and though he missed his mother and father, the boy learned to push forward. After all, he couldn't very well let something as foolish as a couple of deaths keep him from continuing on and making his parents proud of him.

When he turned twelve, he was offered the chance to move to a different Weyr, but he turned it down. He still needed Dailtrek around, and he didn't like the thought of simply moving away from his problems. Sure, it would have gotten him a chance to get away from the bullies that constantly teased him about the fact that his parents were dead, but leaving couldn't solve anything. Dailtrek was glad that Aildhin was there to watch him Impress to a tiny blue dragon. The new bluerider then admitted to Aildhin that he cared for him as more than a friend, but the younger boy didn't know how to react. He told D'trek that he needed time to think, and disappeared from Fort, unwilling to return.

Aildhin had lived holdless for two Turns, until the day he half-stumbled into Neverwinter Weyr, cold and hungry. After a long and difficult healing process, the boy was told that he was able to stand at dragon Hatchings. The prospect of being a respectable rider like his parents was too much, and Aildhin instantly agreed, becoming a Candidate for Neverwinter Weyr.

During this first hatching, for Voxith and Aurixeth's clutches, the very last hatchling from Aurixeth's clutch proudly walked up to him and butted him in the knees, introducing himself as Farlath and that he was hungry.

Rank: Weyrling

----

Dragon Name: Farlath
Color: Copper
Physical Description: Farlath is a small dragon, only reaching the size of an slightly larger than average green. What he lacks in size, however, he makes up in beauty. A burnished copper resides on the bottom and top of this small dragonet, only to fade off into a nearly white shade around his torso. (more will come as he grows)
Personality: Farlath is a bold little creature, willing to go to extremes to be seen and understood. This was proven by his willingness to openly insult his elder brother, Morth. He seems to be a bit of a flirt when there's a pretty young female around, though this hasn't been fully tested. All around, however, he seems really easy-going, more content to go with the flow than stir up too many waves.
Status/Health/Mood: Weyrling, too young to fly...content and in excellent health.
