Slaves were not people to Ollie. He didn't see them as human beings with emotions, motivations, wants, and thought. They had always been something to abuse for his own purpose. Of course, Ollie had heard of stories of masters and mistresses abusing their slaves. Ollie wasn't above punishing his slaves if they were out of line, but he never lifted a finger to do it. He had slaves that beat other slaves when it was necessary. Unfortunately, his slaves beat one of his slave to death and he was in the market for a new slave. He could probably afford a few more slaves if he wanted to, but he didn't really have time to stay around and buy more than one slave.

Wearing a brand new suit, Ollie looked sharped. He didn't wear a tie. Instead, the top two buttons were undone and the shirt was opened to show some skins. Ties reminded him too much of a noose and the fate of his future when he has to take over his father's company. For some reason, suits made him feel powerful and rich. So, when he went out for things like this, he wanted people to recognize him for who he was. He wanted respect that the suit usually brought. So, he wore his suit when he was out buying big things or when he went to the few board meetings he was required to go to if he wanted to take full control of his father's business one day. On any other day, he would have been more casual, but he made sure he always looked good. You never know when someone might take a picture of him and put it in the papers.

Ollie walked into the auction house alone and quickly took a look around at some of the slaves that were on the stage. Normally, he would bring some people with him. He liked traveling with an entourage. However, he only wanted to pop in and get a slave. There was no need to call all of his friends and staff to come along with him. There were some things Ollie could do on his own, after all. He signed in at the front desk, took his paddle, and waited in the back of the room. There was a very attractive female slave on stage that he wouldn't mind having in his collection. One hand was in his pocket while the other one held onto the paddle and hang by his side.

Today Kate wasn't in the mindset to actually purchase a slave. It had only been recently that she'd learned she could do so and was still wrapping her mind around the concept of it. She'd be owning someone should she purchase a slave, something she'd never fathomed doing, until now. Kate was a lonely woman and saw no reason whatsoever not to buy herself a companion. However she would have to be choosy in her selection, not just anyone would do. Kate had never chosen her friends or her loves by flying by the seat of her pants. All her decisions were well thought out, too thought out for her own good, if her father could be believed.

Nevertheless she wanted to see first how how the buying of slaves went. Once she'd entered the auction house she was in new territory about to explore new ground. Completely new ground. A young man who appeared to be close to her in age was ahead of her and she assumed he'd been here before and she mimicked what he done. She too had registered and taken a paddle should she want to bid for anyone. She stepped into the main room set aside for the auction and quickly located the man she'd followed in. Kate was dressed as she always was, impeccable. A short skirt that just reached the tops of her knees and a snug fitting shirt. Her heels were sling-backs and quite comfortable. She excused herself in a husky voice, which was her normal speaking voice, as she slid down the aisle of chairs.

She was just passing the man when she sat down in a seat next to where he'd sat. Her paddle she laid to rest on the top of her thigh, fingers still wrapped around it's handle, her head turning towards the dark haired man. "Are you a regular here?" she asked the man, no hesitation whatsoever. Kate wasn't one to mince words and she wasn't shy, quite the opposite of her was true. She smiled kindly at him and followed his line of sight to the woman he was looking at. Kate too inspected her from her seat before returning her attention to the man. "She's lovely isn't she? Will you be taking her home?" She was curious, you could add that to her list of attributes.

The female slave had caught Ollie staring at her. Instead of looking away, Ollie stared harder with a smirk on his lips. The female slave was definitely feeling uncomfortable under Ollie's stares, and it only made him want her more. She seemed she would be fun to play with. Though there were very little clothing on the slave, Ollie still undressed the slave with his eyes and his mind wandered with fun activities he would have with her once he has her. The female slave was now blushing and trying to talk to the other slaves on the stage so as to not look at Ollie. She wanted him to think that she wasn't looking or cared at that she knew he was staring, but Ollie saw past that.

A few more people entered the auction house and their conversations brought him out of his thoughts. He looked over his shoulder really quick and had to do a double take when he spotted a hot brunette that just walked into the house. Ollie thought he knew most of the onwers in this town, but this woman was new. Perhaps after the auction is over he would have to introduce himself and help the woman become more acquainted with this town. He turned back around to look on the stage and caught the female slave staring at him now. Another smirk appeared on his face. He was definitely going to buy this slave. If not, he was going to make sure he gets her in his bed. Ollie was used to sharing slaves with other owners. He was more than willing to share his slaves in return.

A husky female voice caught his attention and he was pleasantly surprised to see that it was the woman he noticed walked into the auction house. Now his attention was taken away from the slave and onto this new woman. What luck! It seemed like he didn't have to wait until after the auction. "Yeah, you can say that," he said, turning his body towards her. This woman must be new if she didn't recognize him. Most people recognize his name, but his image was only a local knowledge. "I'm Ollie Huntington," he introduced himself, putting a hand out for her to take. "So, is this your first time? Don't worry. It's not that hard. It's just like any other auction."

At first, Ollie wasn't sure what she was referring to. But, then he saw her look over at the stage and he realized she meant the slave. Ollie laughed lightly. "Yes, she'll be mine one way or another," he answered. "That's actually the trick to this. Some people go to the cages and check out the slave they might want to buy so that when the auctions come around, they know which one they want. I didn't have time to do that, but that's why I got here early. They put up all the slaves up for auction and I have some time to eye the merchandise. There's almost an unwritten rule that you don't auction on slaves that have been claimed already. So, don't bid on that slave." He flashed her a smile to show her that he was only half kidding. But, if she put a bid on that slave, he would seriously be pissed. Especially since he told her that he wanted that slave.

"So, did you just move into town," he asked her curiously. Maybe if he played his cards right, he would get lucky twice today. Maybe, if he was extra lucky, he might have a menage a trois with his newly purchased slave and this hot brunette. Though Ollie had slaves at his disposal for his own pleasure, but it was nice to sleep with women who weren't slaves.

Kate's eyes swept back over to the stage where a beautiful blond male was put on display. He was somewhat muscular but not overly so that it was unattractive. He was a bit too fair haired for her tastes as she tended to be into dark haired males. Blonds weren't her thing, plan and simple. This man seated next to her was more along the lines of what she'd be wanting in a slave, he just wasn't one. Still he could be someone to 'play' with until she did find a slave to her liking. The thought amused her and she laughed softly but it could have been at anything as she'd only been looking at the man from the corner of her eyes instead of head on. He was definitely her type.

Now that she was seated she crossed one leg over the other at her knee and gently patted her paddle against her knee before turning her head to look at the others seated scattered throughout the room. All of them had one thing in common, their want of a slave. Kate began to feel far more comfortable being here knowing that and as she sat there she began to wonder how many, if any, of these men and women displayed on stage wanted to be a slave. Kate imagined that some of the would be into that sort of thing. It was a kink of sorts, one she was very curious about exploring. The idea of owning someone and having them at her beck and call should have appalled her but it didn't, if anything it excited her. She thought it might be the same for all those in attendance here at the slave auction. She wasn't alone in feeling this way or thinking this way that was for certain.

The man seated at her side turned his body so that he was facing her and she too turned in her seat to get a better look at him while they spoke. Her eyes took in the fine features of his face while she committed them to memory. Should she meet him again, out and about around town, she'd remember him. He offered his name and his hand in a formal greeting and Kate gently wrapped her fingers around his outstretched hand. "Kate Bishop, please I'm sure," she commented with a smirk rising to her lips. After shaking Ollie's hand she released it and lowered her own to rest upon her knee.

He asked if she was a first timer and she nodded her head before giving a verbal response. "It is. I've been to auctions before but not quite like this one." She smiled a bit and gave a nonchalant shrug of her shoulders as though they spoke of auctioning off goods instead of people. Her eyes swept back over to the slave that had held Ollie's attention just a few moments ago. His comment was made and she laughed softly before quirking an amused brow at him. "You're confident. I like that." Ollie went on to enlighten her on how the purchasing of a slave went and she was thankful to have him there to guide her along, so to speak. Kate waited to speak until after he'd finished. She was many things, rude wasn't one of them. "Thank for explaining. You've opened my eyes to how this works. I appreciate it and in return I will not bid on your woman." Kate smirked and brushed her hair off her shoulder to cascade down her back her eyes shifting back over to Ollie.

Ollie was an attractive man and that was something that Kate kept returning to. Surely he had no trouble picking up women that he'd need to come to such a place as this. She thought to ask him about it but he was already asking a question of his own. "Actually yes I'm new to town. Been here a week or so maybe. What about you? New or a local? And why is it that you're at an auction house if you don't mind me asking." If Ollie played his cards right he might go home with more than a slave, and that thought made her chuckle under her breath.

Ollie normally didn't bother remember women's name. He didn't see the point if he was only going to see them for one night. But he thought he might have to make an exception with this one. Kate seemed to be an easy name to remember. If he said it a few times during their conversation, he might actually remember it. But, then again, there might be a risk of him forgetting once he leaves the auction house.

There was something attractive about the way she spoke. Maybe it was her big lips that just made the words seem more alluring. There was a small smile on his lips as he listened and watched her. "You'll be fine," he reassured her. "What kind of slave were you looking for?" Ollie looked up on the stage and looked through some of the slaves that might interest Kate. Did she want a male slave? Or a female slave? "I think that woman over there wants that second slave to the right." He looked over through the rest of the crowd and tried to find anyone paying extra attention to any of the slaves on the stage.

When Kate said she wouldn't bid on the his slave, he smiled and returned his eyes on her. "Well, that's good to know," he said. "But, I doubt you can outbid me." Being one of the richest people in town had its benefit. He didn't have to worry about someone outbiding him on a slave he wanted. The only times he was outbidded was when he allowed someone to outbid him. It might have been easier for him to just buy the slaves straight from the cages, but where's the fun in that? Ollie enjoyed the game of outbidding people in the room. Plus, it was a great way to showcase his wealth. His eyes looked down to her hair-free shoulder. Then, his eyes naturally wandered down to the top of her chest. A brief smirk appeared on his lips before it went away and he looked back up at the woman.

"Well, since you're new, you must allow me to show you around town," he said as he slid his hand across the back of her seat. "I'm a local, and I'm pretty well known around here. So, I can get you into all the clubs, even the underground ones." It was nice to be well connected. He never had to worry about being denied to places. It also allowed him to do basically whatever he wanted. Yes, Ollie was spoiled and he thought of himself as untouchable. It was a very dangerous thought, but Ollie never learned about the consequences of his actions or behavior. Then, she asked why he was at the auction house and he didn't falter at all. Most people didn't ask why one went to an auction house, and it wasn't shameful to buy slaves in this town. So, he simply answered, "I needed a slave."

Ollie looked over at the stage to the female slave he wanted to buy. "One of my slave died," he answered calmly. "So, I need a new one to replace her." It was as simple as that. It was as if he broke one of his cars and just needed a new one to get around in. Ollie moved in closer to Kate and could actually smell the scent she was wearing. "I have a big house and I need slaves for all sorts of jobs. You should come over after the auction." Maybe it was a bit forward, but that's just how he was. Ollie didn't like playing these weird mind games. If he wanted something or someone, he went for it. "Maybe I can give you a better understanding of what I use my slaves for."
