Many of us seem to suffer from this issue as well, not all of us though, excluding symptoms would be indicative of multiple issues.
caffeine helps me but then I get told its the cause even though I have had this issue since birth as far as my mother could tell.
so I have pondered this for many a year and amusingly I was not the only one.

This is the problem with the move towards socialized, depersonalized medicine, every person is different. There are many people who get caffeine headaches, then there are a few people where caffeine is the cure. There is no plumline in medicine anywhere that can be used to say this is 100% normal. There are guides, but the system has to make room for the exceptions we ALL fall into at some point.

I'm still curious how the human genome project plays into identifying illnesses and how they react to each person.
