IMPORTANT!!! Unlike our many other threads, let's actually keep this one on-topic.

I think the best way to do this is to have a master list here in "my" post. I will start the list with my own, and each of you can add to there, giving a big list of symptoms that can then be made into a poll to see the prevalence of each symptom among us. I'll let this go for 15 symptoms or so before making the poll. *Ok, forget the poll, we have far too many listed wink.gif*

In your reply, I want it in this form for however many symptoms you have (without meds), and yes, please list symptoms even if other people have already mentioned them, and yes, include related sleep disorders (RLS, Apnea, Snoring etc.):
1. *symptom 1*
2. *symptom 2*
=
1. EDS
2. Cataplexy
3. Etc.

QUOTE (Master List)
Excessive Daytime Sleepiness (7)
Cataplexy (5)
Sleep Attacks (5)
"Chronic" Yawning (5)
Night-time and/or Day-time Paralysis (6)
Moodiness/Depression (3)
Memory Difficulties (6)
Hallucinations (7)
Snoring/Apnea (1)
Restless Leg Syndrome (3)
Interrupted Nighttime Sleep (5)
Night-time Insomnia (6)
Periodic Limb Movement Disorder (1)
Chronic Daydreaming (6)
Automatic Behavior (6)
Mental Fogginess (6)
Impaired Cognitive Ability (5)
Aches and Pains (5)
Decreased Sex Drive (4)
Lack of Concentration (6)
Irritability (4)
Migraines (3)
Lack of Motivation (4)
Fibromyalgia (1)
Seizures (1)
Muscle Weakness (1)
Tremors (1)

Get to adding now, remember let's not get lost on tangents, and please no "like ____ I also have _____" just keep it to a numbered list.

If you update your list: Use the code to change new entries to red which I will remove when I update the list. To change the color:

Ok, I just want to make sure you all understand what I mean by "chronic yawning". Chronic yawning is yawning that occurs not from tiredness, but when you yawn you become tired. When I yawn like this, it completely knocks the wind out of me causing me to take several deep breaths to recover, and I generally have a small extent of cataplexy as well. If you said you have it above, but it does not meet this description, please LEAVE it, but edit your post and add a red * after it.

Example:
Chronic yawning*

Code is:

Thank you!

Is Cateplexy part of Narcolepsy? Does it tend to come on worse the longer you have Narcolepsy? This is weird, I have to force myself to do anything? Like coming here! rolleyes.gif (Sheesh) I'm tired. Love & Huggles--Bprettyc
