NaNoCoMo Publishing Idea, Please read and respond

Hey folks,

I have an idea to venture to you all.

Those of you who won NaNoWriMo last year will know that we have a free voucher for a proof print of our winning story from last year. I still haven't finished my story from last year, but I have another idea of what to do with mine.

I was considering compiling the NaNoCoMotition entries for this year.

Each month would be organised by "Scored Winner", "Word Count Winner" followed by the other entries for that month.

Submissions wouldn't used without the author's explicit permission, of course. Copywrite would remain with the author and they would be given full credit. The author chooses their name: it can be your real name, a pen name or simply your CoMo handle.

Any incomplete entries will be given the chance to be completed before being published.

The compilation would be available through amazon.com

I'm glad the idea's got so much support

I have 6 months from the end of October to use the code, so we have plenty of time to get things in order.

Also, to Mai and Boudicca: I'll be finishing my "The White" story for this. Since it was Mai's challenge of a word war on colours that inspired this, it seems fitting they go in it

Nurg...mine was really bad. I'll settle for a mention at the beginning....

Or not. But just a mention would be nice -- better than putting in my entry, which I think was just a ramble on why black was the best color. Definitely not my best work. I plan on participating in December's Motition, so whatever I do for that month can go in.
