I love this question, because every possible reason we have for existing only matters if we exist.
"Existing to mate" is the idea that humans exist so that more humans can exist. From a scientific point of view, the world would be just fine without humans. All religious views mean that humans exist to spread their religion with other humans, which is an infinite mindfuck combo. |

we exist... simply to exist. nothing more and nothing less. We are here to live our lives, to experience things, to learn from others, and to teach others, and then to ultimately pass out of the picture. Anything more than that is what WE want.
