Ok...Similiar Jacket can be found here, from Asos, for �55.00: Similar jeans from Topshop can be found here for �35.00: Similar boots from Topshop can be found here for �65.00: On this picture, it appears that Emma's top is the AE one she wore for the Official Website photoshoot (and when she went to visit the Chanel apparement). You can see that here. I'm not sure whether AE sell it anymore, however, you could buy a plain vest, like this one from topshop (�6!!): ...and customise it.
