The Grounds
Surrounding the Xavier Institute are countless acres of manicured lawns and woodlands. In the main courtyard behind the mansion there is a swimming pool, and not far off exists a pair of tennis courts.

On the top floor of the main wing of the mansion is Xavier's private office. Please knock!

Entryway and Foyer
The entryway to the Xavier mansion is as grandiose as it is old fashioned, with wooden paneling and marble floors. The foyer leads to the main staircase, which will take you to the upper wings of dormitories.

The Dormitories
In the west wing of the mansion exist the dormitories. The bottom floor is for younger students, the upper floor generally houses mutants in their twenties. There is also a wing of full apartments for the older X-Men.

The Den
The den, located in the first basement of the mansion, is roomy and includes two rooms. One is a home theatre, the other has a ping pong table and other games and activities.

The East Wing: Classrooms
The classrooms, located in the eastern wing of the mansion, are roomy and accomodating. High school classes are taught here by several instructors, and Professor X is qualified to teach a few college-level courses as well.

The Kitchen and Dining Room
The kitchen is big, but the dining room seats twenty! Additionally, there is a small breakfast nook attached to the kitchen that can seat up to six.

The Sub-basement.
The first basement of the mansion has some windows - but the sub-basement is quite far underground. Here exist things that only authorized X-Men are allowed to see: Cerebro, the Danger Room, and the med-lab.

Brotherhood Dormitories
The Brotherhood dormitories are not quite so roomy and elegant as those of the X-Men. Nonetheless, there are enough of them that they do not not have roommates. Probably for the better with the combination of personalities housed here.

Training Facility
The training facility is massive room used generally for sparring. There is also some sophisticated equipment to aid in mutant training. Attached to the facility is weight gym, accessible to all Brotherhood members.

The simple kitchen and low-key Common Area of the Brotherhood quarters are a common meeting place for the group's diverse membership.
