Welcome
Meitner Academy was founded by Alexander Meitner on the principal of equality for not just mutants, but all humans regardless of sexual orientation, race, class, or gender identity. He believed that all living beings on this Earth could exist in peace and, although the Academy was opened as a mutant-only school, he hoped one day to open his school for all kinds of people willing to coexist in harmony.
Since his death last year, however, he has been succeeded by his apprentice and deputy headmistress Dr. Allison Cooper. It is well-known the new headmistress doesn't share the pacifism that her mentor held so dear and, while she hasn't made any changes yet, those aware of the situation watch to see what sort of direction she'll take the school. Will there be the peace that Alexander Meitner dreamed? Or is there something else in the works?

Beginning of Term
Students are returning for school as the Fall Term at Meitner Academy gears up for a fresh start. Student move-ins begin on September 13. Academic classes start on September 20th.
