Background: Vic is a retired freelance mercenary whose career was cut shot after he lost his left leg during a botched attempt on a target's life, it was only due to him being able to cauterize the wound using the a small flaming piece of the building that he's still alive.

After getting help at Mordin's clinic (the botched mission happened in 2183, two years before Mordin was recruited) he returned to his apartment trying to decide what to do now that his career was over, he initially decided to open a bar near his apartment building using the money he had saved up over the years from his mercenary work but after a few weeks off poor business a friend suggested turning it into a strip club, wanting to keep his business alive he did so using his old contacts to spread word around the female Omega residents, due to his lack of imagination he settled with calling the club "The T&A Experience" as, prior to being transformed into what it is today, it was called "The Experience".

The club faced some problems in its early years, namely from the gangs that operated on Omega who wanted Vic to pay them protection money using threats against the strippers as extra incentive, initially Vic agreed not wanting his strippers to get hurt but after a while he started hiring freelance mercenaries that he knew he could trust thanks to him working with them during his mercenary career as bouncers and stopped paying and when the gangs made a fuss about it the mercenaries he had hired scarred them off and seventeen years later and the club is still open and on most nights it is packed, usually with people who were denied entry into Afterlife, Vic is very protective of his female employees despite the fact that several of them know how to defend themselves, among his more popular strippers are Nikki Yuran and Louise Daniels, mostly due to the their side jobs as prostitutes, he has developed a flair for the dramatics in recent years though no one knows why, despite hating the merc gangs as a younger man Vic is more open to working with organisations like those nowadays, mostly because he thinks that organisations like The Barony have a discipline that the older merc gangs lacked and has even been known to buy Barony members drinks whenever they make themselves known as such.

One might assume he paid for this using his ill-gotten gains as a mercenary, but it'd be great if you could itirate somewhere just how he did pay for this setup.

So, this reads half as an app for Vic, and half as an app for the T&A Experience. I'd reccomend elaborating on The Experience a little more, and making Vic as a Special Char or something.
