Name: Liam Devos
Race: Human, technically.
Age: 23
Gender: Male
Eye/Hair Color:Brown/Black
Allegiance: None
Rank: None
Class: Vanguard (see notes below)
Occupation: Whatever. Ideal for odd jobs and dirty work, as he doesn’t tend to ask questions. Not ones pertaining to the jobs anyway.
Physical Description: Liam doesn’t look like much of a brawler, but as anyone who’s ever tangled with him can tell you, he packs a lot more punch than he looks like he should. He stands at an average height, about 5’10”, with a slim build, somewhere around 150 pounds.
Biography: Liam began, in simplest terms, as an accident. A night of drunken sex between two vacationing strangers who never saw each other again.
Following exposure to Element Zero in the first trimester of her pregnancy, Liam’s mother was convinced to carry him to term, being told that she could sell a biotic-potential baby for a good sum of credits.
Liam spent the first year of his life in some backwater orphanage before he was adopted. Liam’s new “father” was abusive, and before Liam’s second birthday, his new “mother” had been beaten to death. He was taken back into state care when his “father” was arrested, and went to another family on another world.
When he was six, they were both killed in a shuttle crash, and he found himself in another orphanage.
He spent his years being bounced around from here to there, world to world, not staying in one place long enough to ever call it home. He even had several non-human sets of “parents,” but like a terrible curse, every home he went to was destroyed in one way or another.
When he was 15, he escaped the orphanage he was in at the time and struck out on his own. It’s been a hard living, but he can take care of himself. More or less.
Other stuff: Due to the crippling amounts of mental trauma Liam endured over the years, everything is strange to him. He does not identify himself as being a member of any species, as being from any place. Every word he speaks is in a distinctly separate accent from the word directly before it.
Liam’s biotic capabilities are completely untrained, and manifest only as augmented physical strength in intense combat situations. He can’t lift or throw objects with biotics, but when he can make physical contact with any object, he can destroy it.
