As with the geth, the staff have noticed an increase in 'mutant' characters, which has troubled us. Thus, we are implementing a new set of rules regarding mutants and the creation of them. Please ensure these rules are complied with if you choose to create a mutant character:

• Mutants must be the result of genetic experimentation, whether voluntary or not. Mutants are not born, but instead created.
• Mutants must resemble one of the canon races currently allowed on MEU. We don't want prothean, rachni etc mutants.
• Your mutant must be a "one off". We don't want armies of mutants taking over everywhere.
• Keeping with the first rule, mutants do not breed.

More rules may be added to this, as we see issues crop up. Whilst not so much a rule, I would ask people to remember that mutants who are pretty obviously mutant in their appearance should consider that finding any RP other than a combat one may be difficult.
