Who would have thought that Geth territory wasn't all cybernetic and all? Jack Warden was observing the scenery below. Their trip to the Perseus Veil and through it was one of awe. At least for him. The Veil was beautiful, but knowing that they were the first people from the Citadel in years to go through it was what really got him excited. The Geth kept to themselves for years, rogue factions occasionally seeping through. Now they were going in and all in an effort to aide the Geth with issues prevalent on their side of the Veil.
A slew of terrorist factions that the Citadel had been dealing with made their way through the Veil thanks to the almost open door policy the Geth instituted with Citadel Space. Now these groups were firmly entrenched here and he, as a Spectre of the Council, was sent to eliminate the cells. Jack knew that he would need a small infiltration team so he recruited a Krogan mercenary and a Quarian tech expert. The Geth offered up one of their own as well so now he had a strong four man team.
The plan for the attack was simple. The terrorist cell they were going after was apart of the larger cell the Citadel fleet had been dealing with. What started as a Turian terrorist group evolved over the years. Their original goals were to eliminate the current Hierarchy government that the Turians had. Over the years their numbers swelled mainly gaining membership from Batarians and a handful of Krogans. It seemed like there was a sizeable number of people displeased with the Hierarchy and for a number of reasons and that hatred began to cause trouble for the Council. Now that they were hiding in Geth Space now was the opportune time to take out their leaders in one fell swoop. The Geth agreed to offer a distraction for their small team. An attack would be made at a seperate location while they used that distraction to land in the woods and use that as cover to sneak into their mountain base.
Jack turned around in his seat to his team. They were beginning to land and would soon start this mission. They all knew what to do and had all the equipment they needed. Jack rose up from his seat and held onto the railing.
"We are about to make our landing in the woods. Gather your things and suit up. Remember our job is to infiltrate first so we cannot afford to draw attention to ourselves yet. Follow my commands and stay close and we will make it out of this alive."
Blind Violinist - February 22, 2011 06:04 PM (GMT)
Omega had spoken with Chorus about this, the Geth had to get more involved into missions such as this. Why? Because they needed a voice in the council that could say that they were trust worthy. The heretic mission was mark as a secret incident, the council would not listen to be reason with. The strange part was that the same Quarian that was part of that mission was also there.
Omega looked at Warden as he sits down to begin his, rather short debriefing of the upcoming mission. In a way it was, as a the humans would say, a great feeling to be at home grounds?
"We are about to make our landing in the woods. Gather your things and suit up. Remember our job is to infiltrate first so we cannot afford to draw attention to ourselves yet. Follow my commands and stay close and we will make it out of this alive."
"Warden, Spectre we shall provide as much of support as required in this mission. Or do you have a different opinion about our goal?" Omega wanted to know what his function was in this mission.

No doubt, Tia's stay on the citadel only lasted so long. While it was a nice vacation that presented significant time to study up on various Geth programming languages, it was surprisingly short lived. He had received word from the Citadel Council that he was being transferred to the command of a Spectre.
His only sighting of a Spectre was the time when Commander Shepard returned to the Flotilla with Tali'Zorah vas Neemah. But he knew the amount of weight their words had. Shepard made the Admiralty Board look stupid, and convinced them to remember where Quarian roots are.
So here he was, ready to go fight more Geth. The most interesting part of the trip however, was his comrades. Omega, the Geth that he had fought alongside not more than a month ago, was also chosen to come along. The other comrade was a Krogan...but Tia felt secure enough with a Spectre AND Omega.
Hearing Warden's orders, he nodded and gathered his equipment. This was going to be an interesting week.
Rup - February 23, 2011 11:39 PM (GMT)
Whoo~!
BIG Ship... Rahkol could easily park his, plus a dozen more "Bloodsheds" in the Spectre's ship.
Nice ship... VERY nice. Extremely better armed than the Bloodshed, cleaner too. Made Rahkol's excuse of a ship look like a bucket of bolts... which it was for the most part. But, whether the Spectre's could beat the Bloodshed in a match of speed wasn't for curtain. Even if it was, Rahkol would never admit it. He was to proud of the Bloodshed's speed.
Anyway, enough of the details. Down to the matters at hand.
Rahkol never before once thought he'd find himself working for a Human, let alone a Human Spectre. While most people would be impressed, Rahkol didn't seem to be so... satisfied.
'A worthless political title... those cowards will hire any loyalty fool to do their dirty work' The Krogan thought gruffly.
'But then again... they're paying me good... damn good. I haven't been offered so many credits for a long time' True, jobs had been slow lately... but what a great way to get things going again. Rahkol wouldn't have to worry about gas money for a long time. He might even be able to buy a new assault rifle.
The Krogan merc sat in the debriefing room along with the others. He say quiet uncomfortably, as a matter of fact, in a chair that was tiny in comparison to the krogan, up against the left wall of the room.
'Obviously they didn't have Krogans in mind when making these chairs...' Rahkol thought as he squirmed, trying to get comforitable.
Leaning back into the chair, Rak crossed his arms and acted like the casual krogan, bored and slightly on edge.
Time to check the Team. Rahkol looked to the Quarian.
'Meat...' The Krogan thought, a small grin forming on his lips.
Turning his head more, he looked to the Geth.
'Toaster...' Rahkol grunted in thought. Wasn't very found of the robots...
And Finally, Rahkol looked to his 'Boss' of the day, who looked out at the Veil.
'Dirt...' Rahkol finished, a slight glare showing in his eyes as he looked at the Human.
When Jack turned and explained things, Rak simply kicked back and pretended not to pay attention.
"Landing in the woods... I'd rather just take'em head on..." The Krogan muttered to himself.
Well, he couldn't complain. He was going to be killing soon enough, and he was getting paid on top of that. Plus it didn't help to tell the client you hate him... Rak would play nice... for now.
Then the 'toaster' began to talk... it was right about then Rak felt he should give his input.
"Whatever you say Human... but I plan to do more than keep up" Rahkol stated with a growl, his lime-green eyes set on the Human.
He was already geared up in his pride and joy, Costume Terminus Armor, and had all his guns fully loaded and ready to go.
What good would be a merc who wasn't prepared?
Rasengod7 - February 25, 2011 05:43 AM (GMT)
((Jack is a Human Rup just to clarify. One of my few xD))
"Warden, Spectre we shall provide as much of support as required in this mission. Or do you have a different opinion about our goal?"
"No. Feel free to perform to your best potential as long as we maintain the stealth factor. It is important we infiltrate without incident. Once inside and 'settled' so to speak we can open up our tactics a bit." Jack replied.
"Landing in the woods... I'd rather just take'em head on..."
"Patience for now Rahkol. You'll get your action soon enough. You are our big guns in this operation." Jack replied with a smile.
It was important to emphasize the importance of stealth to his team. Infiltration was the hardest part of this mission. If they botched it it would be highly unlikely for them to accomplish their goals. He was used to pulling off operations by himself, but every once in awhile it was even too much for him. As their shuttle made its final descent Jack packed away the last of his needed equipment. The doors opened and he led the way out onto the dirt floor.
"Listen up. From here to the mountain we keep radio silence to a minimum. There will be a single patrol team on the pathway ahead and following that will be the river entrance into the mountain. We will eliminate the guards there and proceed inside while making sure not to cause a commotion. Their security systems are not up to date so we don't have to worry about cameras or anything like that. If everyone is clear let's move." Jack ordered.
He held his SMG firmly in hand and began to advance forward towards the pathway up ahead.

"As you wish Warden, Spectre, we shall follow you towards the target" Omega acknowledge as he grabs his weapon and clicks it to reload it.

Omega click his head to the side and then back "Radio broadcasting shutdown, security wont be a issue" Omega pointed out and raise his weapon to walk tough the woods up the mountain as he suddenly stops and bents towards cover. His detection system detects live forms ahead as he raise his weapon, he waited for commands
"This patrol is really bored the crap out of my mind arg"
"Dude stop complaining, you get paid for it"
The group was closing in on Omega as he looked at his side and saw a tree hole and quickly rolls into it to take cover.
"But I am getting to old for this crap, I want to retire and just chill you know"
Coming to a halt at the other side of the tree, the group took a smoke as Omega looked around to see if he was not noticed, he looked also around to see if any of his team was around.
Rup - February 25, 2011 11:20 PM (GMT)
[ooc: I see... I thought that might be the case but I wasn't sure. I edited.
So far we've talked, landed, moved out a little bit... we're either in the woods or mountains, or a mix of both. That's what confuses me. And Omega detected a patrol, and took cover to him himself.
Correct?]
A smile? That was unexpected. Normaly authority figures would try to strut their stuff... but this guy just blew Rak off.
Rahkol just shrugged the thought off.
The transistion was short and sweet. Leave briefing rom, go to shuttle, get dropped off, the great outdoors!
Rahkol praticully took up one half of the shuttle to himself, and kept quiet the whole time.
They landed, and the Spectre was the first out, Rahkol fallowing behind the other two squad members, being the last out.
When Rak stepped off of the shuttle... he watched the whole thing shake side to side, being free of the mass weight.
Turning his attention back to the team, Rak listened to Jack as he looked around.
'Pretty peaceful place... not for long...'
Rak felt slightly smug.
When Jack finished, Rak looked back to him, and gave a soild nod along with a rummble in the pit of his gut. Like a mix between a growl and a sigh maybe?
"Don't even breath... Got it" The Kroga said, clicking a button on the hood of his armor, his helmet shot out, unfolded, and covered Rahkol's head.
The blue lens that acted as his eye flashed on. With a twist of a small dile on the inside hood of the armor, next to the first button he pushed, Rak turned it.
The blue lights died down and became very dim.
Helmet on, Rak reached around and took hold of his shotgun. He was most skilled with it, and it was the most effective.
"Well, no point standing around" Rak announced, fallowing Jack's lead.
Bumping his shoulder into the Quarian's, he gave a smug grin
"Keep your head down bucket brains... if you die i'll have to use you as a meat sheild..." he then gave a snicker, which sounded like a chuckle because of his deep voice.
Walking up behind Jack, then started walking.
and sure enough, just as Jack said... there was a Patrol.
The Krogan watched the Geth run up ahead. What was it's name... wait. Did it have a name?
The machine then bent down and took cover?
From what...
Next thing Rak knew, he watched the Geth do a circus act, and role into a hole in a tree.
"What's up with the tin can?" Rak asked aloud, or at least with a muffled voice.
Then it hit him. The Patrol Jack mentioned was coming around a tree!
Rak lifted his shotgun "Damn! I can't shoot!" The Krogan reminded himself with a growl.
He seemed to panic then. He couldn't kill!?
THEN WHAT THE HELL WAS A KROGAN SUPPOSED TO DO!?
Rak seemed frantic! He looked around. 'Urrrgh! Gra! What Do I do!? Ah!'
He flipped back to look behind himself, then to his right, then to his left! There at his left were two small boulders.
The Krogan ran over.
"Errrrm" He thought a moment... then bent down, and curled up into a ball!
Camoflauge?
Rahkol was trying to pull of being a boulder. His armor was grey... with red lines all over it. Still, it was kinda believeable. He was big, and curved thanks to his hump.
Rahkol then really had to focus... to hold still. So he sat there... waiting for the patrol to walk by, and maybe then he could jump them.
'.... I feel like a fool!....'
Rak thought, sweat on his neck, a light flush on his face, giving a very soft growl.
Artemus - February 27, 2011 09:06 PM (GMT)
Yes indeed. Quarians aren't best known for their stunning looks. But their patience seems to last an Asari lifetime because of it. Oh well. Tia simply ignored the Krogan and pretended he didn't exist. Probably for the better.
Tia took foot right behind Omega, making sure to keep up with the Geth. By the time the patrol had been pointed out, he activated his Omni-Tool and began rapidly typing commands. His helmet seemed to display a number of things to the Quarian's eyes. Geographical data, radio frequencies, and even names of those patrolmen.
Quietly, he spoke, "I can get us in without causing alarm.....If we can get rid of these guards quietly, this mission will go extremely smoothly...."
Rasengod7 - February 28, 2011 08:21 PM (GMT)
Omega's move to cover signalled that a patrol team was inbound. Jack immediately went prone and activated his stealth suit. The active camoflauge function was limited, but when used it was near impossible to see him. Seeing Rahkol roll up and pretend to be some big rock was incredibly amusing. He had never seen anything like that. He knew that picking a Krogan for a stealth op wasn't a good idea, but thankfully the entire operation wasn't about stealth. Just the first part.
"I can get us in without causing alarm.....If we can get rid of these guards quietly, this mission will go extremely smoothly...."
"Leave it to me." Jack replied in a whisper.
In one quick motion the Spectre rose to his feet and moved to the patrolling guards. Two were talking and the third was walking a few steps behind them. Warden moved up to the side of the path and waited for the two in the front to pass. Once the third was in range he swiftly moved behind him, wrapping his arms around the man's neck while also covering his mouth. Warden gripped him tightly and shifted his arms. A snap followed and the Spectre let the man drop gently to the floor. He drew two knives and ran forward. One of the men turned back, but Warden's blade embedded itself into his unprotected neck as well as his friend's neck. The two were dropped to the ground and Jack cleaned his knives using their uniforms.
"Help me hide these bodies in the bushes. Highly likely that there will be another patrol, but if we move quickly we will have time to get in before they pass by." Jack ordered. "Omega, lead the way forward and we'll follow once the bodies are clear. Tia'Nevar, provide us with any relevant information as to the make up of the entrance and its security. Rahkol you stay with me and we will give Omega cover in case he gets in trouble."

"As you wish Warden, Spectre" Omega nodded as he stands up and puts his weapon on his side, he looked at the body's for a few seconds and then back at the location "Moving forward" he replied and sprints forward.
After a while he slides over the ground and comes to a ending as he scans the area, he notice the river before him as he looks into the water as he hears voices again as he looks up and retreats into the high grass.
"For crap sake, where the hell is patrol two...." a lone soldier walking angry towards the location of where his team was walking. Omega had to do something, or his team would be discover.
The male walks over the hill and starts walking down as he stops "Hey! You are not allowed here! ID YOURSELF!" Aiming his weapon at Tia as Omega jumps out of the high grass and slams into the soldiers head with full brute power. Without a yell of pain the male slides over the hill down and comes to a halt onto a tree. The skull was totally smashed up as Omega looks at Tia "Tia ok? We have to move forward" he stands up and looks at the river entrance "Possible 3 more guards there, Warden, Spectre maybe you could sneak pass by?"

[ooc: OI!
Sorry for being gone so long :/....
Things have become... complicated, but it's all died down... more or less.
Anyway, I'm back. DETAILS PEOPLE. more details!
I'm getting a little confused on where we're at...
P.S: I'm not offended, but no one wanted to have fun with Rahkol? Like maybe the guards needed a pee break... by the piles of rocks?
Hint* Hint*
xD]
The orange krogan... was growing redder, and redder.
Sitting their, curled up in a ball with his shotgun pressed against his chest, Rahkol gritted his teeth as if face flushed, getting hotter and hotter, to the point where he looked like a tomato.
'Getting.... PI$$ED!' The Krogan growled to himself inside his minds, closing his eyes. He needed to calm down.
Just then, like a wind of new beginnings, all of the Krogan's anger Whooshed away with the sound of a-
CRACK*
Rahkol's eyes shot open. A disturbing smirk plastered on his face.
'Someone just died...' Yup, the sound of breaking bones was well known to a Krogan.
Uncurling, Rahkol stomped his feet on the ground, and helped balance himself with a single hand. His other hand holding his shotgun, Rahkol got to his feet.
Turning, he saw the corpses of the guards.
"Heh... Wish I had a chance" Rahkol gave a slight snicker, kicking up some dirt with his foot, showing he was bored... but at least calm.
Rak shrugged. "Whatever ya say cheif..." Rahkol said gruffly, never once growing louder than a loud whisper.
Putting his shotgun away, Rak bent down and picked up two of the men. Easily lifting each one single handed. One in his left... and one in his right.
Then Omega ran off. "Damn Bot... how can I cover the toaster if it wont wait for me to throw away the bodies?" The Krogan half growled, half sighed.
Rahkol believed to be the only senseable one in this ground.
Looking at the corpses in each hand, Rak just shrugged and through them off to the side in some grass.
"Seems a good enough spot..." He grummbled to himself.
Rahkl didn't even notice the guard seeing the Quarian, for he was still buisy with the bodies at that time.
Next thing he knew, the bot was back... ontop of another patrol guard, who had his head crushed in.
The Geth then replied:
"Tia ok? We have to move forward"
"Possible 3 more guards there, Warden, Spectre maybe you could sneak pass by?"
Rahkol growled, taking a assertive step forward.
"Enough with this sneaking! We're not theifs! WE'RE HERE TO KILL!" Rak announced... quietly of course.
"I suggest... a distration..." The Krogan sneered, pulling out his shotgun once more.
Artemus - March 3, 2011 06:47 PM (GMT)
It could have been the adrenaline surging through his suit, or even the natural reflexes he had acquired with the last mission that involved Omega, but everything seemed to just slow down.
Someone had yelled something to the Quarian, but was completely silenced by an attack from his Geth compatriot. That's the /second/ time Omega has successfully saved Tia.
"Tia OK? We have to move forward."
He nodded and followed behind Omega when his Omni-Tool flashed. He blinked and forwarded the information to the rest of the party. Decrypted in the transmission, was orders to increase patrols, since the previous men had gone silent.
"Security is tightening. Recommend we move faster, as they'll soon realize they're going to be infiltrated. Also, the Krogan brings up a point...if a diversion from him can be successfully pulled off, Omega can pick off troops while Spectre Warden and I move inside the base in order to attack from behind." he included with the forwarded message.
Rasengod7 - March 5, 2011 05:42 AM (GMT)
Warden caught up with the other two just as Omega took down another guard. They were close to the side entrance. They no longer had the trees or bushes to use as cover since they were now on the side of a mountain. Jack ran forward and kneeled down waiting for everyone to regroup.
"Possible 3 more guards there, Warden, Spectre maybe you could sneak pass by?"
"Enough with this sneaking! We're not theifs! WE'RE HERE TO KILL! I suggest... a distration..."
Warden couldn't help but smirk. He knew that keeping Rahkol under control would be difficult, but he knew that there wasn't much of a point in bringing a Krogan if you weren't going to use him. He pondered how they should proceed. They did have options available to them thankfully.
"Security is tightening. Recommend we move faster, as they'll soon realize they're going to be infiltrated. Also, the Krogan brings up a point...if a diversion from him can be successfully pulled off, Omega can pick off troops while Spectre Warden and I move inside the base in order to attack from behind."
"Then Rahkol will provide us with a diversion. Omega, Tia you two continue forward and hack into the door controls at the base of the mountain. They should be heavily enforced so it will require some time. Rahkol will cause a commotion near the riverhead east of here. I will provide him support. Once you two are done we will regroup and charge in." Warden ordered.

Also, the Krogan brings up a point...if a diversion from him can be successfully pulled off, Omega can pick off troops while Spectre Warden and I move inside the base in order to attack from behind."
Omega looked at the Quarian and then looked at Warden to get the final orders, the plan was good. Yet had to be approved by squad leader.

He nodded "As you command Warden, Spectre" as Omega began walking towards the door as he hides seeing the guards standing there, he looked back as he gave Tia the signal to stay low as he waited on Rahkol to begin its diversion.
Rup - March 5, 2011 11:13 PM (GMT)
Crouching down by the the squad, Rahkol regrouped with them.
"Finally!"
Rahkol boasted in a loud whisper, as he gripped his shotgun. A large smirk of bliss graced the krogan's hidden lips.
He gave the grounp a soild nod.
Simple right? Just walk out in the open, and start shooting.
But wait. Even Rahkol had to think.
"Alright Flesh Ba-... Boss..." Rahkol caught himself before calling his employer 'flesh bag'
"Your order was for me to tag along with you right?"
Rahkol wouldn't just jump out and say 'I wasn't paying attention when you were giving orders'
"So... where EXACTLY do you want me... and maybe you have some gernades I could use? We both know how those Terrorists like to make bright lights, and lots of noise"
Huh... the Krogan was smart enough to understand what Ironic ment.
How funny that the terrorists would be killed... by explosives. Or at least they would be, if Rahkol had anything to say about it.
[ooc: sorry it sucked... I wanted to maybe put details on our surrounding, or what the landscape at the front of the base were like... but I wasn't entirely sure if I'd be correct]
Rasengod7 - March 13, 2011 05:51 AM (GMT)
Warden leaned against a rockwall as he surveyed the area. Another patrol, a slightly larger group of five, was moving down the road at a slow pace signalling that they weren't aware of the downed patrol yet. That gave them the element of surprise. Jack turned back to Rahkol, who was visibily excited about causing some mayhem. With a nod he took the first step out as his stealth suit was active and slipped by the patrol, seeking to get behind them. Jack waited a few more seconds before moving behind one, pressing his gun to the man's back and firing.
"Rahkol deal with them now!" Jack ordered.
Without waiting for the Krogan to act the Spectre sweeped at the closest adversary's legs knocking him to the ground. The other turned and fired on Warden, the initial shots being absorbed by his shields. Jack lunged forward with his fist connecting with the man's jaw forcing him to stumble back. He pushed his body forward and tackled him to the ground. The other two seemed to be distracted by his Krogan comrade thankfully. The Human Spectre's arms moved swiftly as he landed blow after blow against the man's upper body. His covering of his face wasn't doing much to prevent Jack from assailing his chest and stomach. Warden grabbed his pistol and fired down on the man below ending his life.
"Omega! Status report." Jack said through the comm system.
He rose back to his feet just as the other man he had sweeped got back up and took a better defensive position. Warden jumped backwards narrowily dodging a bullet and took cover behind a thin tree. Not the greatest place to hide, but it would have to do. He had little chance to focus on how Rahkol was doing, but he expected the Krogan to find success in his two on one fight. What was he paying him for anyways?
Artemus - March 14, 2011 03:00 PM (GMT)
While everyone else had sufficiently attracted the attention of their adversaries, Tia'Nevar made his way through a discreet forest path. If Omega was following him or not hardly mattered, as the Geth could just know where the Quarian is by accessing his built-in HUD. Regardless, Tia slipped about the path and made his way to the base, where they had indeed multiplied security.
The front door would be suicide, and suicide is a Krogan's job. So the Quarian scanned for alternate ways in. He found multiple, but the way in was essentially secured through a side door, where some vehicles had been exiting as though they were dropping off supplies. The part that made this difficult is that he would be in the open as he opened the door.
Now the choice came down to weather Tia should hack the door and force it to stay open, wait for a cargo shipment, or falsely hack it to draw at---that was a bad idea. And, with know knowledge of any ship schedules, his options were effectively limited to getting the door open. So he made sure that if no one was around before moving out.
He lowered the brightness on all of his exterior luminaries, and made sure to have the suit's interior be cooled a bit, so seeing him via thermal vision would be difficult. Unfortunately, this resulted in a bit of discomfort to the Quarian. Oh well. He drew the SMG and darted forth towards a panel that was next to the larger door.
Getting in the system was surprisingly easy. The system however, was on a closed circuit between all the panels. The obvious advantage, is that Tia could control all but the master connection located inside the base. This included cameras, doors, autoturrets, and even air conditioning. The biggest con to this was, that every command he put in, would be seen by anyone staring at another terminal.
He opened all of the doors and shut down the inner defense turrets, further encrypting their reactivation. And while he was there, may as well take off security footage. And with that, Tia broke his connection with the terminal and darted inside the garage, taking to a dark corner in case some guards came.
Much to his relief, his incredible care on stealth had payed off. Tia was standing on top of a hidden turret in the corner eclipsed by whatever light came into the garage by the time four troopers showed themselves. Three of them turned to one wearing different armor...Salarian. His dark eyes looked around the garage before saying, "Must be a wireless connection. Search network ports, find perpetrator. Kill."
The group went back inside, allowing Tia a bit of time to ping Omega. "I'm in."
Rup - March 15, 2011 01:54 AM (GMT)
"Well!?" The krogan growled in a low whisper.
But then he heard it. What would pass for a Krogan raising a brow, he lifted his head up slightly at the sound of footsteps.
'another patrol? Damn they're not just terrorists... they're paranoid' the Krogan thought.
'And for reason...' He grinned.
Being crouched, Rahkol fallowed Warden. Warden turned the corner and made his way behind the ground, with his stealth system on he wasn't noticed.
Rahkol was quick to fallow, and took cover behind the corner Jack was just hiding behind. Rahkol peeked out to watch Jack.
'Hmm... Cloaking? Maybe I should get that too...' The Krogan thought. He was always thinking of new upgrades for his armor.
But back to business.
Jack fired and round, and quickly dropped one of the five.
Next thing Rahkol new, Jack turned back and shouted an order.
Rahkol turned the corner and pumped his shotgun.
By then, Jack had dropped another, to this Kole responded
"Hey! That I called that one!" He said, all in good fun.
One dead and one down. Three left, all guns on Jack.
Rahkol quickly jogged over, so his shotgun would have more effect, but by this time Jack had jumped onto another terrorist.
Loaming over the man who had been tripped to the ground, Rahkol lifted one of his metal cladded feet. Bringing it straight down in an attempt to stomp the man's head in, the terrorist rolled to the side to evade.
"Feh... lucky bastard" Rahkol muttered, kicking the downed man in the side, making him roll over onto his side.
Without a moments rest-
"HOLY CRAP! B-BIG KROGAN!"
Bullets bounced off of Rahkol's shields.
Turning, Rahkol faced the other two terrorists. Both holding assult rifles, They simply unloaded.
It wasn't long until their clip was completely spent... and the Krogan just stood there, staring at them... his shields still up.
"..."
Rahkol pumped his shotgun.
The two men seemed frightened, and attempted to flee as Rahkol lifted up his claymore. Firing a :Carnage: round, he blew one of them to bits. The other fell to the ground, the impact being more than enough to drop him.
"Heh heh heh..." With a stroke of his arm, Rahkol rested the gun behind himself, which perfectly attached to his armor and flipped back up into a convenient travel sized weapon.
Rahkol strode over to the man face first in the dirt.
Flipping him over with his caddied foot, Rahkol peered down at the man. Rahkol’s foe was well armored with an helmet on.
“Tsk tsk… C’mon, lets see that pretty face” The Krogan sneered, as he then proceeded to beat the man’s face in.
He dented and broke the glass of the helmet beyond the point of repair. Putting his fingers under the chin of the helm, he stripped it off his foe, just to see his real face… a Turian. The Turian was on the verge of passing out, seeming dazed, his scaled face covered in bruises.
“Ooooooh…” Rahkol paused. “Bad luck for you…” He stated plainly.
Pulling out two grenades, Rahkol stuffed one into the Turian’s moulth. He then stuffed the other one snugly under the Turian’s belt, in case he got the sense to spit out the first grenade.
With that, Rahkol took hold of the Turian’s ankle and dragged him across the dirt. They were in the mountains right?
Rahkol walked over to the side of the road, which lead down a cliff. “You’re gonna have a lot of fun going down…” Rahkol stated, then without another word he through the Turian, and watched as he fell down out of sight.
Moments later, explosions went off.
Dusting his hands off, Rahkol turned looking around a moment.
‘Where did the Quarian and Toaster go?...’ He thought. Ooooh! Wait! This was the ‘distraction’ part of the mission.
Pulling out two more grenades, Rahkol through them as high and as far as he could. They went off shortly afterwards, by that time Kole had gotten hold of the guns lying on the ground, left behind by the dead patrol.
“HEY! WE’RE RIGHT HERE!!!” Rahkol roared bluntly. He fired rounds as he kicked rocks over the edge of the cliff as well.
“C’MON! ANYMORE OF YA!?” The Krogan boasted.
This was part of the plan right?
{The Krogan didn’t seem to notice the last patrol member recovering, or shooting at Jack}
Blind Violinist - March 21, 2011 06:54 AM (GMT)
"Omega! Status report."
Omega was trying to protect Tia, yet it seemed that the Quarian took a different route to get into the complex, He had killed a few of the guards as they came out of his exit as he looked up hearing Warden voice "Warden, Spectre We have lost Tia as he took a different route to get into the complex, We were on our way to to get towards a different entrance, yet guards came at our door. Distraction worked, going after Tia in process. Omega out"
"I'm in."
Omega traced the location of the transmission of Tia and rushes towards it. He detected heat signals at the location of Tia "Tia, incoming targets, We are our close by" as he slides into the entrance seeing soldiers entering at the same time as he opens fire and shooting down two of the soldiers as he took cover.
"Warden, Spectre...we are in. Relocate to our position as we are under fire"
Rasengod7 - March 24, 2011 04:04 AM (GMT)
The distraction offered by Rahkol enabled Jack to maneuver himself so as to eliminate the final guard with a bullet to the head. With all of the patrolling guards here eliminated and potentially more heading to this location they succeeded in accomplishing their objective. Jack got the signal that Omega and Tia had successfully breached the entrance as well as disabled the initial security defenses. Everything was proceeding well.
"Rahkol! We'll regroup with the others and continue into the base." Jack said to his Krogan comrade.
"Warden, Spectre We have lost Tia as he took a different route to get into the complex, We were on our way to to get towards a different entrance, yet guards came at our door. Distraction worked, going after Tia in process. Omega out"
"Got it. We are en route now. Hold position until we get there. We'll pursue Tia together." Jack ordered.
The Spectre picked up his pace as he sprinted back towards the cave entrance. Since he didn't bring heavy gear with him he was light on his feet and able to cover much ground. Rahkol didn't seem to be slow either. Krogan did have significantly more muscle mass especially in their legs and they could carry plenty of gear and still not be weighted down by it. It only took them a short amount of time to get back to where Omega was and Jack immediately fired on the men attacking the Geth. Omega was alone, facing down a small squadron of terrorists. Tia was nowhere to be found, but Jack still had his life readings reading steady so the Quarian must have been fine. They needed to regroup though.
"Rahkol push back the attackers. Omega assist him. I'll go in for Tia. We will regroup inside the other entry point where Tia went once you clear the enemies here." Jack ordered.
The Spectre stayed low as he advanced forward and into the base. Tia had better have been nearby...
Blind Violinist - March 24, 2011 06:24 AM (GMT)
"Rahkol push back the attackers. Omega assist him. I'll go in for Tia. We will regroup inside the other entry point where Tia went once you clear the enemies here."
The firing squads were releasing hell upon the two as the Spectre was going after Tia to secure his team mates. Omega looked at the situation they were in, the krogan would most likely just go for a frontal attack and that would mean that he could fire upon those that were distracted "Confirm Warden, Spectre we will strike them back while you go find Tia, he should be short by" He stood up as his tactical visor locked upon 3 targets that were in view as he open fire.
First a head shot, second a shoulder and neck shot, last but not least a foot shot and while the person was going for his foot a head shot. Rolling over the floor towards a new hiding he looked at the krogan "Element of surprise is now yours Krogan" he says over the radio and opens fire above the terrorist to keep their attention on him.
Rup - March 26, 2011 01:55 PM (GMT)
Indeed, Rahkol quickly pushed off his idead of getting their attention as he threw the assult rifles to the ground, turned, and with eased hast kept right behind Jack.
His massive armor slowed him down quite a bit, Rahkol being a few feet behind.
Every moment or two, Rahkol would turn his head to see if they were being fallowed. They were clear.
It would seem that Rahkol quite literaly had his back, and was eager to get where ever the action was.
Jack and Rak arrived on the sence, Letting off rounds upon their approch. A few terrorists went down, Jack gave his orders, and made his way in, while Rahkol got down on a knee, his lences glowing a bright blue.
The Geth did some fancy tricks, and finished off three quite finely.
Gracefuly sneaking into a new hiding place, Omega came in over the COM.
"Heh..." Was all the Krogan responded with, his Sniper unfolding in his hands.
Standing up, He brought the scope to his eye, waited a moment, then BAM!
Headshot! The Terrorists weren't sure what to be surprised by, someone being scoped down by a sniper, or the fact the one with a sniper was a Krogan.
Instantly all eyes, and barrles, were on Rahkol.
Bullets flew, and Rahkol switched to his Assult Rifel.
Holding it by his side one-handed, he fired three shots, killing one more terrorist... then... the barrle of the rifle fell off.... along with the rest of the gun shortly after, until only the handle, and a small portion of the back of the rifel was left.
"Grrrr....." Rahkol threw the junked weapon like a frisbee, knocking some poor guy on the feild in the knee-cap.
Obviously, Rahkol hadn't put nearly as much money into his guns as he did his armor.
Rahkol got down, and pulled out his only reliable gun, his shotgun.
Then a sound filled the air... peeking over cover, Rahkol saw a gunship incoming!
"...."
turning on the COM, he stated to the entire team "We're gonna have a problem..."
Now normaly, Rahkol would be glad... but when you only have a shotgun and sniper to shoot down a freaken gunship, or when your guns fall apart on you... well....
Rasengod7 - April 5, 2011 04:47 AM (GMT)
((Since Artemus has been absent we will have to move ahead without him.))
Jack leaned against the wall and moved slowly as he advanced down the corridor Tia went down. The gunfire outside was emanating through the immediate area drawing more enemies to Rahkol and Omega. He needed to be quick if he wanted to help them. Just as he turned the corner Warden noticed an active control panel. He scanned the area, making sure no enemies were nearby. He then walked forward and looked over the information being displayed. A portion of the security systems were controlled from this console. Security systems in the form of the alarms and mech control. Jack couldn't help but crack a smile as he began to get to work disabling the alarms and rerouting the mech's combat targets. He changed their targets from his team to the terrorists and finalized the codes.
"Omega, Rahkol! Get in here right away. There is a mech unit inbound. They will deal with the enemy forces. When you get in seal the door behind you. Tia is nearby. We will pick him up and advance forward with the mission." Warden ordered.
Just as he finished his order Jack clenched his teeth and fell forward as a bullet hit through his shields and buried itself in his back. He turned to see three guards, with their guns raised at him.
"How unfortunate for you Spectre. To die in a decrepit mountain like this. Pitiful." one of the terrorists uttered.
Blind Violinist - April 5, 2011 05:29 AM (GMT)
"Omega, Rahkol! Get in here right away. There is a mech unit inbound. They will deal with the enemy forces. When you get in seal the door behind you. Tia is nearby. We will pick him up and advance forward with the mission."
The shots of Omega pistol were still to be heard as he rushes towards Warden and walks into the safety zone. He looks at him and tries to figure out the position of her "We can't seem to get a lock of him. Jamming of some sorts is interfering my rader"
"How unfortunate for you Spectre. To die in a decrepit mountain like this. Pitiful." as Warden got shot from behind.
Taking quickly cover he opens fire at the terrorist as he scans the area for potential escapes as he looks at Warden "We are trapped Warden, Spectre" he confirms as he slides himself into the dark as the terrorist took them under fire. He rolls over the floor towards the sides, holding cover by the shadows as time slows down as Omega reappears from their side "Frak!" one of the terrorist yelled as Omega grabs one of them by the neck and slams him with brute force forward into their cover barricade. It was now up to his team mates to take out the other two before they took Omega out.
((Who wants to be the hero? :P ))
Artemus - April 6, 2011 07:30 PM (GMT)
((So sorry about being late. Things should be in order now...))
Nearly trapped beside the confusion, was an up-until-now silent Quarian. With his SMG drawn, he darted from cover and went to back up his allies, who were so generous in coming the direction that he opened. Of course his communicator was off, or else he would have been captured by now. But this was the time where stealth no longer mattered.
Now coming up behind Omega, Tia first saw the two terrorists about to take some lucky hits at his Geth comrade, which didn't fly too well with Tia. He shot an incineration at one of them, and emptied the SMG's first clip into the other. The quick and the dead, so they say.
Now came the issue of making progress. With the Krogan...somewhere or another, the other three. Worse yet, Warden was wounded. This however, could be attended to. While Tia's custom-Tool recharged, he reloaded the Tempest and continued to give fire support until the waves of guards seemed to somewhat dim.
In this brief 'breathing' moment, Tia activated a ranged Medi-Gel to Warden, hopefully easing the inconvenience of 'shot-in-the back'. Even if the gel wasn't completely necessary...a fully functional Spectre was better than a wounded one.
Rup - April 7, 2011 12:24 PM (GMT)
Rahkol fallowed orders... taking is sweet time, but yeah he was working on it.
Rahkol slowly backed up, diving behind cover and giving supressing fire as he slowly came to the door. Many rounds bounced off the Krogan's shields, and not his toaster friend. But was it really for the Geth that Rahkol was giving 'cover fire' for?
"GRAAAAA! YEAH! C'MON! GAHAHAHA!"
the Krogan roared over the COM, hardly aware it was even on.
It would seem adding kills to his 'kill count' was what the Krogan was most focused on.
Tossing two gernades, Rahkol finally turned to enter the facility.
Things seemed to move in slow motion then...
The Krogan's slow steps... his favorite Krogan shotgun in hand, his helmet unfolded over his head and hid itself back within his armor.
As the explosion went off, making Rahkol's back ground, his eyes gleemed as he gave a very happy grin.
Suddenly everything came back into normal play. Rahkol rushed into the room , some bullets fallowing him, and the flames of his gernades finaly dieing down.
Without a dought, This small team of misfits [aside from the Specter that is] were in the $hit.
Rahkol let his shotgun fold up as he threw it aside. "Close the doors? Okay" The Krogan stated.
Gripping his three fingers onto the little edge of the door that stuck out, he slowly pulled out the door. Once he had the door out far enough, he gripped it with his other hand, and with a strong pull, the door practicaly was a slide door, and shut as commanded.
SLAM*
And all went dark and quite.
"GRA HA!" Rahkol laughed, raising his masssive arms, fists balled.
"Gloryous! Simply great"
Turning to his team, The Krogan would seem to have never lost his happy grin.
Taking up his shotgun, the Krogan marched on over to Jack, looking at his Quarian and Geth Ally.
"Ha ha! Still packin' Meat Shield?" The Krogan commented to the quarian. It may seem like an insult... well, really it was, but at this point it was more of a joke than anything.
He then looked at Omega... "ehh..." He didn't give any comment. He wasn't big on machines, let alone befriending them.
Now his final ally, coming up to Jack Rahkol gave him a HEAVY three slaps on the back, unaware of his condition.
"Good show Specter. Maybe I wont kill you later....... maybe"
[ooc: Oi... lately RP has been a real drag :/

Rasengod7 - April 12, 2011 07:34 PM (GMT)
Jack was relieved his team came in time. Tia's medigel helped to ease the pain in his back. With all of them assembled they could move forward again. The Spectre rose to his feet and walked back over to the console.
"It looks like the enemy is mobilizing their forces to this area. The mechs I reprogrammed will keep them busy. The four of us will use the distraction to advance further in. Rahkol I need you to take the rear. I'll take point. Let's move!" Jack ordered.
Jack gripped his weapon and sprinted out of the room, the pain in his back gone. The wound wasn't bad so he wasn't worried about that. The hallways were narrow and winding. It was easy to get lost here, but with the data he downloaded traversing through the caves wouldn't be too difficult.
"Tia I need you to keep monitoring the enemy's movements. Alert us if any get near." Jack said to the Quarian.
The Spectre stopped short as they passed underneath a bridge. He leaned against the wall and observed the area ahead of them. Down below were several squads of terrorists. They all seemed to be moving crates around. Jack recognized the crates as the ones the Geth referred to.
"Omega confirm if those crates are your faction's weapons shipments. If they are then we will have to destroy them. Recovery isn't an option. Everyone else get ready to descend down those steps ahead of us." Jack ordered.
Rup - April 12, 2011 10:51 PM (GMT)
[ooc: Sorry to jump ahead of the Violinist and Artemus.
I'm bored, and I don't want to be left out xP]
Rahkol kept his large grin as he finished his pat on the back.
Still unaware of Jack's injury, the Krogan turned and stepped away to lean on a some junk pile in the room.
He seemed rather laxed.
Jack finished his work on the terminal, and ordered Rahkol to cover the back.
His grin grew, taking that as some type of personal joke, and did as ordered.
Pulling out his Krogan shotgun once more, he waited for the group to pull out, and fallowed up behind.
Walking, walking, walking. Yet Rahkol didn't care at all. His scales didn't even itch, for he had finally had a few satisfying kills.
Soon the squad pulled to a stop, Rahkol heavy clattering armor suddenly growing silent as he to paused.
He peeked over the Geth's shoulder... actually he peeked over the heads of the three he was fallowing.
But by being in the back he couldn't see anything. Could just here movement... the soft whispers of boots against the floor.
'Hmmm... Maybe I should install a radar in this suit...' the Krogan thought.
"Omega confirm if those crates are your faction's weapons shipments. If they are then we will have to destroy them. Recovery isn't an option. Everyone else get ready to descend down those steps ahead of us."
"Yo... Spectre!" Rahkol whispered loudly. "Maybe I should take point for when he advance?... Unless you wanna be full of holes" the Krogan shrugged.
"Or we could use the Meat Shield..." Rahkol grinned, letting out a "Heh heh" as he glanced to the Quarian.
Blind Violinist - April 14, 2011 06:37 AM (GMT)
"Omega confirm if those crates are your faction's weapons shipments. If they are then we will have to destroy them. Recovery isn't an option. Everyone else get ready to descend down those steps ahead of us."
Omega looks at Warden and then refocus his eye on the lower leveled crates, seeing the shape of it he did not recognized by first external scanning, he refocus his eye and side his head seeing a logo "Warden, Spectre....it is Geth" he looks at the Spectre "But not just True Geth, but also Heretic Geth and even Shadow"
"Yo... Spectre!" "Maybe I should take point for when he advance?... Unless you wanna be full of holes"
"Or we could use the Meat Shield..." "Heh heh"
Looking at the large Krogan behind him "We hope that last sentence is a ridiculous Krogan humor" he looks back at Warden "But agreed, Krogan should take point. Krogans are known for their small odds of surviving a full army bullied rain"
Artemus - April 16, 2011 03:05 PM (GMT)
Ugh. Krogans. There was a series of reasons as to why Tia hated them, and one such was just explained. Shooting somewhat of a glare below his visor, the Quarian looked back to the Spectre. "Movements? Sir, from what I got on an earlier panel...this place is like an ant hill on earth. Unless I can get to the master security panel to the north, we're essentially stuck. The objective may also be in that room as well."
The panel was certainly to the north, this he knew. However, the objective was simply an educated guess, as the North seemed to be the most crowded area. "Regardless, our cover is still somewhat hidden. I managed to cut communications across the building, so unless someone escapes and runs to the next outpost, we're still invisible."
Rasengod7 - April 19, 2011 05:20 PM (GMT)
With confirmation of the crate's ownership and Rahkol's insistence on taking point Warden's decision became much easier to make. They needed to blow up those crates and get through this room quickly before they were swarmed.
"Rahkol take point then. Head down and we'll give you suppressive fire. We will continue advancing. Our objective is to eliminate every single weapon crate. It is highly likely that the enemies will be using Geth weapons so make sure your shields are always at full charge. Plasma weaponry is very powerful. Once the crates are destroyed I want Tia to access the console near the exit and set the doors on a timer to close behind us. We'll escape and cut off any pursuers. Let's move!" Jack ordered.
The Spectre gripped his rifle and nodded for Rahkol to move forward. Once they started moving the enemy would spot them and most likely shoot at them. Typical day...
((Feel free to be creative.))
Rup - April 20, 2011 11:10 PM (GMT)
Rahkol reared his had back at the Geth's response. That was unexpected, from a Geth no less!
... Rahkol could respect that. He Grinned as he nodded to Jack's order, his eyes on Omega as he passed by.
"Maybe you have some decent hardware after all..." Rahkol told him... it.
Rahkol passed by Tia without a word, and stopped when he came to Jack's side.
looking to his current 'Commander and Cheif' He looked to him. With a soild nod, his helmet flipped up and over. His eyes flashed to life, as a -BWOO- Sound came from his shotgun. He had activated :Carnage:.
Then, turning the corner, the Krogan took off in an unexpected speed!
Like a football player taking the field, he rushed out in all of his glory.
Rahkol took in a few quick images of the room.
For the most part, a wide open room. There was the bottom floor where he was now, with four large support beams holding up another floor above, two on each side of the room, perfect distance from each other. Had someone drawn a red line between the pillars, they'd make a square.
Rahkol took a brief notice of the Terrorists, one what they were doing right before all hell broke loose.
the armored Turians, Batarians, and other workers there were all busy. Some helping eachother with carrying crates around, others having a quick break and casual conversation. And then... they all slowly turned their heads... each of them jumping up, or dropping everything, going for their guns.
Of course not all of them had noticed right away. Rahkol raised his shotgun at a certain pair of troops, the two of them moving a crate.
-GA-GOOON-
Rahkol fired his Carnage blast, and it wizzed through the air. As it was incoming, the two turned to see what the deal was. their eyes went wide, and then they went out, both of them falling to the ground. the crate, and everything in it, blowing up into the air and coming down in a scorched mess.
Now, all the hostiles had their guns drawn, and Rahkol had run out halfway into the center of the room. But Rahkol wouldn't stop there. He had a team to cover.
Pumping his shotgun, he fired again! His rounds knocking down a terrorist, while scraping the shoulder armor of another.
-Pump, Bang. Pump, Bang. Pump, Bang-
There were to many. Way to many. Not for one lone Krogan. Obviously the Quarian wasn't kidding about those red dots, for men with guns filled the room.
And yet, Rahkol didn't move. As a matter of fact... he took a step forward!
1400!, 1320!, 1295!, 1240! 1204!, 1160!, 945!, 750!, 440!, 320! 203! 50!
Gernades were thrown, explosions went off infront and all around the Krogan, and small orbs of all differnt colors wizzed past him.
Rahkol's sheilds were dropping and fast!
Soon, it just came down to the hot plasma blasts burning against his metal armor.
But the Krogan didn't move... just kept trying to push forward. his hidden lime green eyes burning with determination.
'I WILL NOT... BE MOVED!' He roared in his mind.
More Pumps rang from his shotgun, more Bangs rang from his shotgun!
Rahkol pumped it shotgun once more, but took notice to a a few terrorists lining up on the level above him.
Three of them, all with missle launchers. Obviously the Terrorists had, had enough of this.
They set up their Missle Launchers, using the railing on the upper level to support the guns and help aim.
While they were setting up, was a perfect time to run, duck, and take cover!
But Rahkol... just stood... Then raised his Shotgun to them, all in the act of defiance. A large grin graced his lips as he pressed his finger on the trigger, but wheather the shots even came from the barrle or not was not known...
It was at that moment, the missle troopers opened fire. The explosives blew up in the area Rahkol stood, blocking any and all vision of him! Smoke filled the center of the room, the fight still raging on... but the Krogan... gone... hidden in the flames and smoke of the missle rounds...
Blind Violinist - April 24, 2011 07:04 AM (GMT)
"Maybe you have some decent hardware after all..."
Omega looked at the Krogan as he walks towards Warden, Spectre. Expecting the Krogan to die with his overrated lust for war, he yet had to cover the beast in this not so logical attack.
Seeing the Krogan speed off to his own death he jumped towards the mass of armed personal, a....what the humans would say "...stupid move" he said whispering as he draws his weapon to shoot down some of the armed guards, it was only then that Omega notice the brute power of the Krogan.
The lust for war was something major in this Krogan, well most Krogans would fight without using one brain cell in there heads, yet this one was quite eager. Almost pointless to give support fire as he was clashing down the alley. Omega resumed his shooting until Warden, Spectre said otherwise.
Rup - May 5, 2011 02:50 AM (GMT)
[ooc: sorry... it's been a while since anyones posted]
As the smoke from the missle rounds cleared, Rahkol could be seen standing there.
His shields were down... but it would seem at the last second, he actived a biotic barrier, taking the brunt of the blow and impact.
But right as Rahkol came into sight... his shields were gone in an instant.
The heavily armed Krogan fell to his knees, his armor clattering as he did so.
He coughed once or twice, aiming his shotgun with one hand and firing a round. the impact knocked the Krogan down onto the ground.
now laying on his side, he rolled over, groaning in pain as he pumped his shotgun once more. Obviously, Rahkol had taken some serios damage... just how serious was unknown.
forcing himself up on one knee, in a kneeling possition the Krogan wobbled, trying to gain balance. Luckily he had cover fire... otherwise he'd been gunned down by know.
but surely the terrorists would notice the Krogan's weakness...
[ooc: sorry for suckyness]
Rasengod7 - May 6, 2011 09:10 PM (GMT)
((We'll have to keep going on without Artemus.))
Warden flanked around as Rahkol provided ample distractions. The Krogan was going to get himself killed, but at the same time Jack knew it might not have been the case. Krogans reacted differently to battle. They took risks, not just because they didn't care about the consequences, but because they could deal with it. Krogans didn't go down that easily. Warden moved behind a crate and raised his rifle, aiming it at the terrorists attacking Rahkol. He pulled the triger taking them out one by one.
The terrorists packing missiles fired at Rahkol. Warden immediately aimed to gun down those firing, but several of the missiles already launched and hit the ground near Rahkol. Jack got out of his position and swiftly moved down another staircase. With the butt of his rifle he slammed it against the side of one of his enemy's faces. His right leg flew into the side of another knocking him down to the ground hard. Warden waved over to Omega to proceed to the doorway. The doors were opening thanks to Tia's tech skills and now they were set to proceed.
"Omega! Help Rahkol and get him through the door. Tia will shut it behind you. I'll move forward and clear a route for us." Warden ordered.
The Spectre moved through the open door and advanced forwards. The hallway here was narrow and based on the intel they received it led to an elevator which would take them to the operations room for the terrorists. They needed to assassinate their leaders and they would be found there. Jack fired at the few terrorists standing guard. They were ready so they were quick to take cover. Jack threw himself behind a pillar as they returned fire. He primed a grenade and chucked it towards them. It went off and the Spectre moved quickly to deal with them using the confusion caused by it.
Blind Violinist - May 9, 2011 05:54 AM (GMT)
The rage of the Krogan was something that got Omega into analyzing, learning about the behavior of Krogans, their way of living seeing every battle as a thing of ...honor?.
"Omega! Help Rahkol and get him through the door. Tia will shut it behind you. I'll move forward and clear a route for us."
With merely a reaction Omega jumped off the higher level and smash into the ground on the lower floors. He looked up and did what Warden, Spectre order him to do as he started to run towards the battle where the Krogan was fighting. Sliding over the floor he shot a few down to the ground and gets cover behind some boxes.
This battle should end soon, in their favor. Omega slides into the open as time slows down as he raise his two side arms as his visor analyzing the area and marks all potential targets as time resumes again and he shoots every target down, repeating this patron a few times.

but I'd be lame if I ditched you guys, so- ]
Rahkol finally managed to get to his feet, his shotgun held in both hands, and pressed against his waist as he leaned over and coughed blood.
his gaze however, turned quickly with the Krogan's head as he noticed someone coming up on him.
Another Terrorist of course, but he wasn't there for long as a round wet right between the eyes of the Batarian.
Rahkol glanced over to where the shot had been fired, his Geth friend with two side arms.
Glacning around, Rahko noticed how the Geth used impressive aim to sinple head shot everyone terrorist arriving on the scene.
Rahkol quickly stopped his groaning as he limped toward the door.
It didn't hurt that bad... Krogans had a hard time feeling pain, it was just hard to move.
In no time, the oversized krogan made his way through the arms of saftey, which were the doors Warden had opened. Leaning on the wall, Rahkol peeked his head out slightly, along with the barrel of his claymore.
He then pressed on to fire random shots, repaying the cover fire the Geth had given him.
"I'M" Cough* "Good Specter, just get that oversized Toaster in here!" Rahkol barked.
Rasengod7 - July 30, 2011 03:40 AM (GMT)
((I'll write a short post just to get this moving again.))
Warden dashed forward as he got into the hallway. They finally left the huge chamber behind them, but they were being pursued. Warden knew that they were close to where the terrorists' leaders were there, but there was no way they could reach them with an army behind them.
"Omega! Tia! Get that door closed. We can't let them follow behind us!" Warden shouted.
He quickly reloaded his SMG and moved forward a little to see if there were any other enemies in the halls. He spotted three guards racing towards them. It was unlikely that they would expect to run into them so quickly. Jack jumped around the corner and fired several bursts from his gun downing the small group.
Blind Violinist - July 30, 2011 03:59 PM (GMT)
"Omega! Tia! Get that door closed. We can't let them follow behind us!"
Omega notice the command as he slowly started to pull back towards the location as he kept his firing focused and well aimed. Shooting a few terrorist down with a few single shots, he moved behind some boxes as he saw Warden, Spectre fight for his life to take down as much of the terrorist down as he could as he pushed himself forward towards the door.
Sliding towards the door he jumps up a few box and rushes above some other then jumps towards the door taking two terrorist down making a roll over the floor as he begins the hacking process "Require protection and time to shut down this door, Warden, Spectre we are heavy outnumber."
He continue the hacking process, for a system like this it would have been easy, yet the base had a heavy security system and therefor making it harder for him to work on. He broke the code and the doors began to close as he saw the heavy fire from the side on Tia. He jumped before Tia and open fire on the Terrorist.
