CYPHER(Aboard the Dark Glyph)
Cypher looked around the dark room, well his eyes could easily see in the room compared to organics. The Dark Glyph had not been made for organics but it did have a small crew, Most of them Cyphers Best Nerv Members. As he sat in the dark cold room with a single table and a large window to gaze in to space from, Cypher called down an Engineer who had been a good Recruit. Well he had been a new recruit found on the citadel he had show good skills. Cypher looked at shell as he shake his head in agreement. Cypher clicked a single button and a screen to the engineering room. He clicked another button to activate the speakers. with a loud buzz Cypher spoke in a cold Synthetic voice. "Rath Please join us for the meeting with the Cyberoligists." After he let go of the button another buzz happened and he shut of the screen.

Looking back out the window he could see the Cyberolgist's Shuttle in the distance. Looking back at his end of the table he clicked another button and the screen reappeared as the Fleet Captains all appeared, "Our Guests are here Please do not interrupt us" After clicking another button the screen went to only show Platform 2358, his blue armor shining in the light. "Our guests are coming go welcome them in the docking bay" The Platform disappeared as he let go of the button. Looking back out the window towards the fleet.

Kane(Aboard the Cyberoligist Shuttle)

Kane Sat on the metal seat of the Cyberoligist shuttle. he was looking out the small window at the NERV fleet. It was a good size fleet but still not like an alliance fleet. what interested him was the ship they were heading to, it was unarmed and more of a factory ship for NERV, as far as he been told. Looking back towards Vir, in the dark small room, it was too small for the Cyberoligist leader, Co Leader and honor guards. The Red Lights of the room made the metal shine a Red Glow. "Vir how are we going about these talks, because I sure don't want it to end like the last one in there fleet." Kane look back towards the NERV fleet he could see cruisers all around them, if NERV wanted to the Cyberoligist high command would be gone in seconds."Maby we should leave our weapons here so if you get mad again we can't start a fight" Voicing his opinion again as he looked out the window.

Virasali was sitting in the shuttle with Kane and two honour guards when kane turned to talk to virasali.

"yes kane that is a good idea we shall not bring weapons aboard their vessels and we shall leave them on this shuttle" Virasali out the window of the shuttle and watched as they got closer to the silver dawn vessel "it is a very impressive ship isn't it kane, ah i see we are about to dock" the shuttle quickly approached the dock of the silver dawn vessel.

Kane

"yes it is Vir, you first." he said as the door opened to show a Nerv platforms. It was alone standing in front of the shuttle. All around the bay platforms and humans were working on dropships and fighters. Then the platform spoke up "if you would please follow me Cypher is waiting for you" Kane looked around again then at Vir [/I]"I will stay with the ship and watch these ants work[/I] gesturing to the platforms and humans in the bay as he started walking around the ship. All around the geth and humans seemed to pay no attention to the group.

Cypher

Cypher sat at the chair checking reports and messages well shell next to him a tall geth platform gazed out the window. Then the comms unit buzzed in and the platform near Vir spoke. " our guests have arrived" cypher looked at shells as he spun around to look at Cypher. "send them up please" he spoke in a deep metallic voice as he got ready for the group of cyberoligists.

Virasali got out of the shuttle onto the deck and greeted the platform "hello, yes i will follow you to cypher and lets be quick about it" Virasali turned to Kane "yes it is fine if you stay here but i will have my honour guard follow me" Virasali turned back to the platform and him and his two honour guards followed the platform to Cypher.

Kane just shook his head to Vir as he walked away.

The Geth Began walking threw the ship with Vir. A few minutes later they arrived and a large door opened to show Cypher and Shell siting at the other ended of the table.

"Thank you for coming Virasali, If you would sit down" Gesturing to the seats at the other ended for his honor guards and him. Cypher looked out the window again before he talked. "I would like to talk about a possible Alliance against the reapers. If I am guessing right you all ready know about them." Looking back at Vir "This Alliance could just be us both working to Gather or to both of our better interests us joining forces Both the Cyberologists and NERV becoming one. With our Fleet and combined forces we could become a forces to fear. We would both Lead the force together of course and I would like to keep the name NERV." Cypher looked at Vir well he spoke in his Synthetic voice.

Virasali took a seat where Cypher had gestured to and he looked at Cypher "so you propose we should combine our forces to create a new more fearfull force maybe a force to be reckoned with even with the more powerfull orginisations, but back to the topic i would be willing to merge our forces into one if it increases our power, oh by the way Cypher do you know what agressive recruitment is in the Cybertologist's" Virasali sat in his chair waiting for a response.

Cypher Looked around as Virasali Talked. Then once he ended Cypher looked at him puzzled "Aggressive Recruitment, What do you mean Virasali?" Cypher looked at Virasali Puzzled bye his final question.

Virasali looked at Cypher "agressive recruitment is where we find a small colony with a small population and we volunteer the population into Cybertologiy, you know it is a good way to raise the forces after a battle or when we just need to raise the ranks" Virasali looked at Cypher "you look surprised, do you not approve of our methods" Virasali looked at Cypher waiting for a response.

"I would not say I disapprove I just think it's Better to let them choose to join it allows them free will and raises moral, but what am I say half our recruits are manafactured, any way Viralsali could you not simple attempt to find reaper tech and attempt to clone humans I beleave that would be far more sufficient way of doing it since as you organics say piss of other fractions" cypher looked at Virasali, his recruitment measures could be changed if the right opportunity "since I all ready do this to enemy's why don't we capture enemy forces and bind them to our cause at least then we would not anger any fractions that are neutral to us or allies?" as he said it he settled back in to his chair.

"that might be a good idea Cypher, i will considor your input on my troops next mission, so what else did you have in mind to talk about" Virasali awaited a respinse from Cypher.

Cypher looked out the window as Virasali spoke, once finish Cypher looked at him again "I was mainly interested in talking to you about the alliance, is there anything you might want to say before we conclude this meeting" as cypher finished up he looked at shell who shook his head in agreement.

As he finish talking Cypher activated a holo screen only see able from Cyphers side and clicked a few buttons to see the rest of his plans for the week. He would have little to do aside from checking out some reports on a far off planet about pirates. Wander what that could be about.

"there is one last thing, a recent development has been brought to my attention that i think i should warn you about" Virasali stood up and walked over to Cypher " there is a faction i have recently heard about called the Empire of Ophidia, i plan on sending one of my agents in disguised as one of their people" Virasali moved a walked towards the window "i have heard they are a group of religious technophobs currently at war with the Nexion" Virasali turned to Cypher.

"Nexion, hmm I heard of them they seem like a new government that interests me. Should we intervene and assist the Nexion. They are another cybernetic faction much like both ours and could be a good Allie in future events. Plus just like us they know the reaper threat and are preparing I was thinking of sending an ambassador or going there myself." Cypher looked at shell and then at Virasali. This Nexion group could be of great use to this alliance maby Cypher should head there soon to meet with there leader.

"hmm yes let us both go and meet with the Nexion and discuss the reapers and the Ophidian's, well if that is all i bid you a farewell Cypher"

"farewell Virasali will talk to you soon." cypher said as he left. looking at shell stand up and leave Cypher sat in the room alone watching on a small screen the plans for a new series of husks.

"goodbye Cypher until the Nexion" Virasali and his guard left for the shuttle and they got on and left "so Kane what did you think of the Silver dawn".

"there interesting, but I could have sworn I saw 16 Wierd looking Husks walk bye. Wander were they got the tech" looking out the window towards the silver dawn fleet "so what's the plan now" he said in a low tone.

"the plan is that when Prophet is in working status we will send him into the Ophidian capital to spy on them and research them"

"understood Virasali" Kane spoke then turned looking out the window towards the fleet once again they were very impressive. As they left back for the colony, the geth were what intrested him the most they acted like ants in a giant hive.
