This is the report given to members of the Lords and other interested organisations less than 24 hours before it was discussed in the Welfare Debate in the Lords. They were given little time to digest the contents or make their comments known. It includes possible descriptors in the Case Studies Annex A as to how points might be awarded. I will almost certainly lose my DLA care, which strange to say I did not expect to be awarded. It came out of the blue but I may manage to hold on to standard mobility, even though I had to go to appeal to be awarded this. ( I am now 65 so my fate may not be straightforward) Full details of the descriptors are not included but can be found here pages 12-16 http://www.dwp.gov.uk/docs/pip-second-draf...regulations.pdf Happy Reading :reading: :dizzy: |
