Piper was born on August 7, 1973, and was the middle child until Prue's death. She was most concerned with having a normal life, and always had reservations about her life as a Charmed One. When she first became a Charmed One she was quiet and reserved; often having to mediate between Prue and Phoebe. She gained a stronger persona and took more authority after Prue died. She eventually became a mother of two sons, Chris and Wyatt and a daughter, Melinda with her husband Leo Wyatt, and went to great lengths to protect her children. Her love of food steered her to a career in the culinary arts, which led her to own a club and it is still hip now. Still hunting demons under duress and running her club and family. She went off on her second honeymoon to come back with Leo to find Chris and Wyatt back from the future and a little chaos happening with the Elders and Prue being their whitelighter who later became and elder.

Phoebe Halliwell-Coop

Phoebe, born November 2, 1975 was the original baby of the family and is a spontaneous, free-spirited young woman. The power she was born with was premonitions, which grew to enable her to see into the past as well as the future, later allowing the ability to project herself into the future; she later gained the powers of levitation which often combines with her martial arts skills, as well as the power of empathy but later lost the latter two. She is a romantic, and later became a successful columnist and author. Early on she often had a turbulent relationship with her older sister Prue, and later mediated between Piper and Paige. Her longest relationships were with Cole Turner for over a year, married him became Queen of all evil. Things got nasty. She killed him with her sisters and moved on . She currently resides with her husband Coop and her three daughters.

Born on August 2, 1977 after a secret love affair with her Whitelighter Samuel Wilder, the Charmed Ones' mother, Patty Halliwell, gave birth to a fourth daughter. Paige was put up for adoption because her parents' love was forbidden. Her personality is bold and vibrant, flirtatious, stubborn independant, intelligent and defiant. Paige's birth power was telekinesis, but because she was part Whitelighter this ability combined with her natural orbing to create telekinetic-orbing. She came into the craft quickly, aiding in the vanquish of The Source of All Evil. She is the youngest of the sisters and always wanted to be as good as Prue so how will she cope now that Prue the superwitch is back?

Prue Halliwell

Born October 28, 1970, Prue was the eldest Halliwell sister. Born with the power of telekinesis, she later manifested an astral projection ability. Strong-willed, feisty and intelligent, she would often take charge of situations and had always been overprotective of her two sisters, Piper and Phoebe. Having spent her childhood taking care of her two younger sisters after the death of their mother, she became responsible, with a fierce determination at whatever she did, including fighting demons. Though at times Prue let pride dictate her way of handling things, she never let her personal life interfere with her work life. She was killed by Shax, a hired hitman sent by the Source. But she watched over her sisters and new sister Paige and has been brought back to the world again. Plus now that she is back what is her new destiny? Back with the Charmed Ones? A solo witch? Whitelighter? Why did they bring her back? Hidden motives? Plus she is the first witch to become a whitelighter. All sorts of new rules apply.

Leo was the sisters' Whitelighter in the beginning, and soon became romantically involved with Piper. Leo's magical promotions provided the show's portrayal of a supernatural ladder of success and struggle between career and family. His relationship with Piper was the first of many conflicts between the Halliwells and the Elders. Leo has been stripped of his powers, kidnapped and almost died so many times the guy went from human to whitelighter to elder to human and then avatar until finally human once more. He unknowlingly is about to be on the recieving end of some powers to help him survive the latest battle.

Cole Turner

Cole was Phoebe's first husband - and also a half-demon, creating situations over which the sisters clashed. Originally a powerful villain, later taking other forms and roles throughout his character history. After his final vanquish at the hands of the sisters, he continued to watch over Phoebe, silently and unseen. STALKER!!! He is like the pheeby jeebies spirit that wont piss off. Cole Turner, age unknown, former demon Belthazor, then human, then the Source, then a ghost, then a spiritual indestructable, then avatar, then spirit again. Damn he got around. So he was a spirit who won't move on - hasn't and has been so determined not to die that he is back - again! Currently breaking free of ghost plane.

Billie Jenkins

A smart witch who first came to the craft for kicks thinking it was a game until the sisters took her into their family. Being Paige's pesky charge she got into trouble a little as she helped keep their secrets as she fought the crime and they kept their secret identity. She is a quick study, learning the craft well and is quite smart for her age and abilities. Later it was discovered that she had a sister Christy who was the key to ultimate power and that when they worked together they became the ultimate power. Tricked by her sister the pair fought the sisters and almost died killing them. Thank god she came to her senses and killed her sister in self defense. She remains close with the sisters and their children.

Henry Mitchell

Paige's husband who is a Parole Officer. He knows Paige is a witch and has no problem with that. Originally he got on her nerves with his attitude but eventually learned to love her dearly. He and Paige first met where Henry was parole officer to Paige's new charge, at first they didn't really like each other, but their relationship grew overtime. She was trying to help her charge as he was trying to help him but believed he was up to no good when she didn't. Eventually she showed that she was right and it sparked from there. He may be mortal but he is still a tough guy, great in a fight and though protective over his new wife he won't hold her back. He is a cocky git but can be charming too.

Coop Cupid

He only goes by the name Coop and is a cupid, but not the usually winged babies. He is a normal looking cupid who was sent to the Halliwells and Phoebe to help her find love, well technically to help her see she shouldn't give up as well as a gift by the Elders for all she had given up for good. No consequences on a cupid-witch relationship unlike Leo and Piper's problems. He wears a ring for his powers and much like whitelighters has charges. Full of love and not easy to kill. Like many cupids if you destroy the couples he set up it weakens him. Plus his powers mainly derive from his ring. He married dear Phoebe around the insane time of the Ultimate battle but of course having her Ex Cole back means one thing, trouble for Coop.

Wyatt Matthew Halliwell

Wyatt, the first child of Piper and Leo, was born to a prophecy that he is the 'twice-blessed child'. Born February 2, 2003, the day of the Wiccan Festival of Lights, he is gifted with much magical power, including being the heir to Excalibur. In an alternate future, Wyatt was kidnapped by the corrupted elder Gideon, and was, subsequently, raised evil. During his adult life he murdered his surviving aunt (Phoebe Halliwell - Paige Matthews had already been killed by the Titans, and the Power of Three was broken) and may have even been responsible for the death of his own parents. He later took over the manor, spread evil through it and tried to murder his brother, Christopher Halliwell, and killed Chris' fianceé, Bianca. Luckily, Chris was able to travel back in time, to before Wyatt's kidnapping, and managed to keep Wyatt pure and innocent. Leo Wyatt, their father, killed Gideon, and Wyatt grew to become a gentle and kind whitelighter-witch, who sacrifices his time in order to vanquish demons and warlocks and save innocents. 'Wyatt' was named after Leo Wyatt and 'Matthews' after Paige, who risked their lives to protect Wyatt.

Christopher Perry Halliwell

Chris was the second son of Piper Halliwell and Leo Wyatt. During the time when Piper and Leo separated (when Leo was promoted to becoming an elder) the couple accidentally traveled to the ghostly plane. It was here that, after discussing their true feelings for one another, they conceived Chris. Unfortunately, in an alternate future Chris was raised by his grandfather, Victor Bennett (who later developed a smoking-related illness that may have killed him), after his mother, Piper Halliwell, died when he was 14. Furthermore, Chris had to deal with the fact that his elder brother, Wyatt, had become evil and was responsible for the death of Chris' fianceé, Bianca, and his aunt Phoebe Halliwell. Fortunately, Chris traveled back in time, to before Wyatt turned evil and managed to save his family. He is kind, humorous (although somewhat neurotic; he notes that Wyatt's multitude of powers has left him with an "inferiority complex"), and believes that family should always come first. Chris was named after Leo's father, Christopher, but his middle name is unknown of it's origin.

After the births of Wyatt and Chris, Piper and Leo had a third child: their first daughter. As explained in "The Book of Three", Melinda is born when Chris is three-years-old, which could mean she was born in the year 2007. She was shown only in a short scene, being sent off to school with Wyatt and Chris, in one of the flashforward sequences at the very end of "Forever Charmed". The name "Melinda" appeared in one of the episode's casting scripts, but the name was not mentioned explicitly in the final episode. Other than the fact that she exists, there is little information about her.

With her husband Coop, Phoebe conceived a daughter a few years after the birth of her nephew Christopher Halliwell. As the oldest daughter she had gotten the nickname as "Ladybug". She attended a local elementary school, alongside her two cousins, Wyatt and Chris, who often teased her by playing on her mild fear of demons.

The youngest daughter of Phoebe and Coop and is a complete handful at only 12! Phoebe as well as Piper often worry that if she is this much of a wild child she might outdue Phoebe's wild side while growing up. She is known for getting in fights with her old sister, but the Charmed Ones know that is completely normal as while they were growing up things were the same.

Born with Paige as a mother and Henry as a father these twin girls had all the love in the world, especially with such a powerful family. Yet, from the day they were born were they trouble. Known affectionately as “the trouble twins” they make it their mission to stir up any situation they’re involved in. Both of the twins inherited their grandfather’s bright blue eyes which Paige sees as a blessing since she and Sam have gotten very close over the years.

The father of Prue, Piper, and Phoebe. He divorced the Charmed Ones' mother, Patricia Halliwell, when the girls were young, after not coping well with his wife and daughters having supernatural powers. Victor wasn't present for much of the girls' lives; his eldest daughter Prue resented him for most of her life. He began building a relationship with his daughters after they rediscovered their powers in their twenties. By end of the third season, he was on good terms with all three girls. At the beginning of the fourth season, he found out that Patty and her whitelighter Sam had a daughter named Paige together, and treated her like a daughter of his own. He has also reconciled with Patty through conversations with her ghost (though he still doesn't get along with Grams' spirit). Victor travels a lot for work and only occasionally drops in for visits. In the future as told by his grandson Chris, he and Victor were close due to Piper's death; however, as the Charmed Ones and Chris put the future on a different course and Piper's death was averted, it is unknown if this will change (based upon how happy adult Wyatt and Chris are to see Victor in the episode "Forever Charmed", it appears the two grandsons still have a close relationship with their grandfather even though Piper lives to an old age). He took custody of both Wyatt and Chris when the Charmed Ones have to fake their deaths.

Patty Halliwell

Mother of Prue, Piper, Phoebe, and Paige; daughter of Allen and Penelope. She was married to Victor Bennett and had an affair with her Whitelighter Samuel Wilder (Paige's father). Patty kept her fourth pregnancy a secret, since the Elders wouldn't approve, and gave the baby up shortly after giving birth). Only her mother and lover knew about that child. Like Piper, Patty possessed the power of molecular immobilization, and she was briefly able to have premonitions while carrying Phoebe, which means she more than likely was telekinetic whilst carrying Prue and Paige. She was killed by a water demon on February 28, 1978, but her spirit occasionally visits her children.

Grandmother of Prue, Piper, Phoebe, and Paige; mother of Patricia, wife of Allen Halliwell (and three other men). Born Penelope Johnson on June 23, 1931 and died March 5, 1998. A powerful and no-nonsense woman, she possessed the power of telekinesis and added a great many potions and spells to the Book of Shadows. She bound Prue, Piper, and Phoebe's powers when they were children to protect them from a warlock. After Patty died, Grams raised the three girls on her own and kept the secrets of their Charmed destiny and Paige's existence from them. She died of a heart attack six months before the events of the first season), but continues to watch over her grandchildren (she flips the pages of the Book of Shadows in the early years). "Women in our family keep their last name."

Sam Wilder
Whitelighter [176]
During the nineteenth century, Sam Wilder was an award winning teacher, earning his award in 1872. Following his death, he was given the chance to be a whitelighter and was, subsequently, assigned to Patty Halliwell. The two fell in love, causing Patty and Victor to separate. Patty eventually became pregnant with Paige and they mutually decided to give the baby up due to the rule forbidding Whitelighters and Witches from coupling. Later when Patty attempted to battle a Water Demon, Sam tried to stop her but Patty died. Going into depression, Sam stopped answering his Whitelighter calls until he met Patty's first three daughters over 20 years later. Helping them destroy the Water Demon that killed Patty, Sam fell victim as well and died a second time. He was eventually resurrected again as a Whitelighter and eventually met his daughter, Paige.

Phoenix Witch [28]
Bianca grew up in a Phoenix Witch family. The Charmed Ones first met her when she stormed into P3 years ago from the future [the future that Chris was changing back when Wyatt was at risk of being evil]. Turned out Bianca was more than just an assassin – she was his fiancée. In the future, San Francisco was in ruins, and Chris and Bianca were evidently part of an underground fight against an evil overlord. They believed that sending Chris to the past to protect Wyatt would have made the future a more livable place. But the Evil Overlord got to Bianca in the future, and she came back to the past to derail Chris’ mission. She was responsible for casting a spell that removed the sisters’ inhibitions, so they happily went off to be with the men in their lives. With them out of the way, she beat up Leo and took Chris back to her lair. She finished stripping him of his powers and dragged him back into the future. Chris managed to give the good guys a hint on how to help him. They realized they can write a spell that will restore his powers in the past that he could reach in his present and their future. They hid it under a squeaky floorboard in the attic - which is exactly where Chris fought Wyatt. Bianca helped Chris get free of Wyatt, and was killed for her trouble. The spell gave Chris his powers back. He used them to steal the spell Wyatt would use to send Bianca after him and jumped back into the past and the Charmed One’s present. Older Bianca died, however, back in the past a young seven year old girl remained. Since the future was rewritten [or changed] Chris’ and Bianca’s paths are different however, it is possible they’ll cross paths once again.

He appears on Earth once every thirteen hundred years on Friday the 13th for twenty-four hours. His appearance is attributed to the universal convergence of negative energies as derived from astrological charts. He derives his life force by feeding off the fears of witches. If he can kill 13 unmarried female witches before the stroke of midnight on Friday the 13th he will be able to break free from his eternal bonds and walk the earth for eternity. This has since been changed by various forces since the Rise of the Charmed Ones. He has been vanquished twice, but as long as there is fear in the world it is inevitable that he will return.
