REVELL 1/144 Airbus A300 – 600 ST “Beluga”

This kit has been eagerly awaited by many civil aircraft modellers , a complete new tool of a classic aircraft (although this is a second boxing but the first only came out a short while ago), from the out set you get the standard open end box and plastic moulded in white

the instructions are of Revell's usual style in booklet form and have Revell colour call outs, interestingly there is a template to make a CARD! Insert so she can be depicted with her nose open for cargo opening, im not quite sure how this would work and it would sure require a lot of scratch building, but a nice touch none the less

out of the box you get 3 very similar schemes, all depicting the Belugas livery

The decal sheet is in perfect register and very clean and crisp

OK on to the plastic, well you get 15 sprue's of plastic that is cleanly moulded and has very little flash, on checking the sprue's there is some minor sink marks but there are a couple of injector marks on the inside of the cockpit but nothing to worry about

In Conclusion

This is an interesting model a bit of a change for the civil aircraft modeller, it promissis to be a interesting adition to the display shelf

Looks a nice kit, and lots of WHIF in a MANGA style potential. whistle.gif
