Our Mentorship Program is for new and existing members to bond together, roleplay, and answer any questions that might come up. Consider it more like a buddy system. Staff members can't be mentees, but anyone else is game.

Here's how it works.
Rewards are based on the number of IC posts the Mentee has. And rewards are given to both Mentee and Mentor for each IC post the Mentee makes in a thread with Mentor. A mentee can have up to 2 mentors at a time, and a mentor can have up to 2 mentees at a time. For a thread with mentee, mentor A, and mentor B, the reward is 0 - this is to avoid opportunistic point hogging. We'd like you to mentor someone who is new, or who doesn't have a lot of IC posts. A mentor should be an example of a good player both ICly and activity-wise.

The burden of proof falls on the mentor, as mentees are new, we want to take it easy on them. But if the mentor falls inactive (shame on you!), the mentee can still claim their points.
