Sam made her way to the ships armory her pistols hidden away in her coat and she would have to check them in sooner or later. It took a little bit of finding but sam eventually found it and noted the quarter master wasnt there.. hello Im here to get my weapons registered. She said looking around

Tucked away in the armory station where people would pick up weapons, the Kagezuchi stood up from her seat and moved towards the window where the weapon procurement went down. Staring out at the woman Kasumi stared at her trying to ponder what to say, her assistants weren't back from their breaks yet so it left her to interact with the woman.
"I can do that." The blue haired woman spoke both softly and rather bluntly. Despite being in the same area, Kasumi was rather separated from Sam. There was a large window that revealed the woman and the work stations as well as several weapons in the armory in their racks. While there were also a few slots as part of the partition that seperated them and a locked door towards the side to allow the armorers to get in and out.

Sam pulled out her pistols and set them on the counter, they where larger than the standard the standard ZAFT sidearm and looked as if they were made out of silver and had red wing shaped marking on the slide. “I need to get these registered so I don’t get busted for having them unregistered.” She said as she slid them toward the woman for inspection they were unloaded of course. “They use 9mm ammunition but can be modified with spare parts to chamber .44 magnum rounds.”
Kagezuchi - July 27, 2012 03:58 AM (GMT)
Kasumi was quick to give a visual inspection of the weapons, there were obviously not standard and had elements that would be normally deemed unnecessary. Blinking twice quickly, the weapons officer waited for the weapons to be slid towards the glass and pulled on a handle, pulling the surface below the pistols out and dropping them into a drawer area.
Sliding the covering back, Kasumi pulled the drawer out to physically handle the pistols. They used a standard caliber at least, although the 44 magnum was not a round they carried for pistols. The chrome or silver material that was plating the weapon, or worryingly made up the frame and slide. It was definitely not something standard although the markings were cosmetic so she ignored them. "Will you be using the optional parts? If so you will have to buy your own ammo."
Ejecting the magazines from the pistols Kasumi checked the capacity before pulling the slide back on one and lifting the slide lock so she could get a better look down the barrel. While not something someone would issue standard it didn't seem to be a danger to anyone on board. The extra ammo however would be an issue, something Kasumi would have to weigh in on soon.
ajax228 - July 27, 2012 04:10 AM (GMT)
Sam thought for a moment. “I might use the extra parts.” Sam didn’t give it much thought and thought of the reasons as to why she would. There a moment as sam thought, .44 magnum rounds where expensive but got the job done. “I will be using the extra parts, want to inspect them to.”
Kagezuchi - July 27, 2012 06:29 AM (GMT)
"Unnecessary, I merely needed to check if your pistols are rated to handle ZAFT ammunition." Setting the first pistol down, Kasumi moved to inspect the other while her mind went over the procedures. "Any excess ammo will be needed to be stored here, you are however free to store the pistols in ether your duty bag or here. Any nonstandard parts will however have to be paid for by you should maintenance be required."
Loading the magazines back into the pistols, Kasumi lowered the slide locks and released the slide back into it's normal position. "If you endanger another member of ZAFT or misuse your weapons they will be impounded." With that final warning, Kasumi placed the pistols back in the drawer and slid it back in, before pulling back the covering and finally allowing Sam to retrieve her pistols. "These pistols are acceptable. Is there anything else you wish to do while you are here?"
ajax228 - July 27, 2012 08:17 PM (GMT)
Sam picked up her weapons and put them back in her coat. “do we need to register nonstandard bladed weapons to.” Sam was a avid knife collector and brought a good few on the ship and most were acceptable by military standards but where still non standard.
Rwatanabe - July 27, 2012 08:19 PM (GMT)
Rai walked up slowly behind Sam, holding her knife in it's sheath delicately in both hands. "Excuse me, I'd like to get this knife registered, and umm..." She paused, thinking how to ask this. "What are the chances of checking out an assault rifle?"
Kagezuchi - July 27, 2012 08:36 PM (GMT)
Kasumi nodded promptly to answer Sam's question. "All non standard weapons that were not assigned to you once you were stationed too a ZAFT facility will need to be registered with me." It was also a lot more paper work for Kasumi to go over, but she could likely dump it on someone else.
The new arrival however prompted Kasumi to lean to the side to get a better look at her. In typical fashion however Kasumi was quick to move onto the next gun subject. "Carbine or full length?" Multitasking as well she opened up the slot for the knife and quickly pointed at the opening in hopes of getting the boring knives out of the way.
ajax228 - July 27, 2012 10:25 PM (GMT)
“I will be back then with all my knives.” And with that sam went back to her room and once there she grabbed a empty box and started putting her knives in it, most of the knives where made up of survival knives and machetes of some sort, but she a good number of throwing knives as well as a couple of trench knives. when finished she went back to the armory.
Rwatanabe - July 27, 2012 10:37 PM (GMT)
Rai frowned for a moment when Kasumi shrugged off the knife, but handed it over regardless, taking the necessary forms. "I'd want a carbine... a short survival model, if you have it, and a grenade launcher attachment." She paused, completing the necessary documents, and turning them in, looked over at Sam. "Just.. how much stuff do you need?"
Kagezuchi - July 28, 2012 01:06 AM (GMT)
With the first person out of her hair temporarily Kasumi focused on the next one. Pulling the knife out, Kasumi examined it before looking towards Rai as she mentally processed the request. "We do not keep survival rifles in stock." Wandering off to the weapon racks in the secure armory room, Kasumi picked through the seemingly identical rifles, before plucking one up and returning setting it and the knife down. "This is our smallest carbine, side folding stock, thirty round capacity and a 226 mm barrel." Kasumi paused and stepped back from the counter before crouching down to retrieve an empty magazine and rose back up to insert it to show Rai how it looked.
"Your request for a grenade launcher will require more paperwork and a week long course on training and safety with the weapon system. Another issue is this carbine cannot take the grenade launcher you will be required to take the full sized rifle or the stand alone adapter." Kasumi once again wandered off towards the weapon racks pushing aside a few weapons before hauling the grenade launcher attachment back to the desk and placed it so Rai could see the launcher was a third longer then the carbine's barrel.
With the first visitor's return Kasumi passed the knife back through the slots to Rai, while the carbine and grenade launcher remained on her side of the glass.

“I like collecting knives.” Sam rummaged through the box and pulled out 5 throwing knives and a trench knife that looked like it had seen plenty of action, she then reached behind her back under her coat and pulled out a very large survival knife that looked like it was a machete and slid them toward the woman. “I will be using these the rest can go in storage until I can ship them home.” Though Sam would more than likely be getting more knives as souvenirs along her journey.
Rwatanabe - July 30, 2012 01:58 PM (GMT)
Rai nodded, listening to what Kasumi was telling her. Everything seemed like a compromise on this ship. "Okay, then. Let's go ahead and do the rifle and grenade launcher, then. Sign me up for all the training you require, and just put those items on hold until I complete the regimen, please." She knew this would raise questions, but Watanabe didn't care. While they had Marines on the ship, she didn't trust them to solely defend the Seraph in the event OMNI wound up boarding the ship.
There was also something else nagging her in the back of her mind, but she didn't know what it was quite yet.
Kagezuchi - August 2, 2012 06:36 PM (GMT)
With the knives too look over, Kasumi pulled the drawer out full before plucking them out, one by one to carefully examine them. The trench knife was an idle curiosity which the woman held by the unique handle the type of knife came with. There didn't seem to be anything that would be illegal to have although the larger machette like thing did cause Kasumi to raise her eyebrow somewhat confused at the need for such a tool.
The request for the normal service rifle was quick to pull Kasumi back to the task at hand as she laid Sam's knives out on the table before taking the carbine away to retrieve the rifle. The quiet Kagezuchi returned to the table cradling a long rifle which she set on the table where the carbine had been before. "Our service rifle, 998mm extended, but the stock is folding just like the previous carbine bringing it's length down too 772mm. The barrel is 528mm allowing for the grenade launcher to be mounted as well as a bayonet although not together."
Since this was the weapon the second person had wanted, Kasumi picked it up after her explanation before fitting it into the drawer, only to run into an issue as the weapon's long barrel stuck out. Pulling it out she folded the stock Kasumi tried again but the weapon refused to be crammed into the drawer. Pausing briefly, Kasumi then retrieved the rifle and placed it on the table. "Aside from the rifle will you be needing anything else? Extra magazines perhaps?"
With the rifle problem aside for now, Kasumi placed the additional paperwork Rai would need in the drawer along with Sam's knives. Before passing them over through the drawer. "Any extra knives you do not wish to use will have to be stored here you will be free to use them once you register them. The knives you have shown me meanwhile are fine."

Sam retrieved her knives and then looked at the women with a questioning look. “What kind of shotguns do you have? My pistols are nice and all but if I have to bail out of my ginn I would like something a big bigger.” Sam had the proper training for most ZAFT issued shotguns and was curious and if they had one small enough she would keep it her mobile suit in case she had to bail out.
Rwatanabe - August 12, 2012 03:50 PM (GMT)
"Just two mags for the rifle should be okay, for now," Rai answered, taking the paperwork. Slowly, she began filling in the details, frowning as she encountered the "Place of Birth" line. They were going to find out sooner or later she was an Earther, weren't they? At least Jo knew already. Pausing for a moment, she finally filled in the details honestly. If she lied, it would be harder to deal with later down the road.
Glancing over at Sam, Rai started to have her doubts about the girl. "Sam, seriously? How much hardware do you need?"
Kagezuchi - August 13, 2012 09:43 PM (GMT)
With Sam's desire for another weapon, Kasumi paused both mentally and physically. There were several things her mind was trying to say but thankfully she was able to minimize them and collected herself. "We have a few shotguns although not many are available to pilots." Kasumi wandered over to another weapon rack and shifted through a few weapons before plucking off two small weapons and set them down for Sam to see.
"First we have a stockless pump action shotgun, normally used for door breaching and this underslung shotgun you can attach to the carbine." Kasumi set both weapons down which were matte black in appearance and then crouched down to dig out the magazines for Rai. "I would suggest taking a carbine however, but if you must have a shotgun the underslung attachment version will work fine."
Standing back up with two magazines for Rai's carbine, Kasumi latched the two magazines together before setting it in the drawer and passing it to Rai to take.

“a lot of gear my friend you never know what situation you will be faced with and a extra weapon never hurts.” Sam looked at the shotgun. “I think I will with my pistols and stabbing and poking devices for now.”
