SUSPENSION FABRICATION PACKAGE
This is by far the best way to go if buying one of our buggy kits. This gives you everything you need for starting your build and is already fixtured onto your frame. The price savings is over 500 dollars to buy it in a kit and more then that retail if you were to try to buy or build them yourself. Price all this out retail and then see what a great deal this is.
The kit works on either the single or 2 seat cars for the same price.


In this kit you will receive all your suspension fabrication parts/bungs/heims/bulkhead/rear housing/tie rods/spindles/front & rear arms, steering rack brackets and suspension tabs for:

This Kit Includes:
Front bulk head & bracing.
Steering rack brackets & support
Front Spindle kit with combo spindles
Front 1 1/4 bottom & 1" top, A-arms custom width/length/size with threaded bungs already installed to be used with 5/8 heims on inside of arms & 3/4 at the bottom spindle outside for maximum strength.
Rear Custom width 1.5 tubing by .250 wall thick Pivot tube (torsion housing) with 3/4 threaded bungs in the ends.
Rear trailing arm pivot brackets & bracing installed.
Rear 1 1/4 inch trailing arms custom width/length/sizes. with bearing carrier flanges with brake brackets built in.
They also come with threaded bungs for use with 3/4 heims & inner pivot bushings.
Complete Heim Kit with 18 heims, in both 5/8s and 3/4 sizes, 18 Jam nuts & 28 High Miss alignment spacers

Also if you purchase this kit at the same time as a frame package they will be pre set up on your car for no additional charge.
For example if you buy a frame and later buy a bulkhead you have to install the bulkhead, front suspension tabs and buy those tabs, shock mounts, rear housing, rear arms you would have to set up also.

Parts are sold as kits, parts do not include instillation at the prices shown. These are the price of the parts bought and you finish welding, building and installing.
Only the suspension fabrication kit includes installation of parts.. for no additional charge.

All materials are made of steel. For example rear arms are made from steel. Standard seemed steel. Everything made can be upgraded to Chromoly for an additional price. Frames can be built in Chromoly, arms, parts etc. can all be upgraded to Chromoly instead. If you do not upgrade and pay the additional price for the higher cost Chromoly then you will receive standard steel parts.

Aluminum Bodies
Mini Lite's is now offering aluminum bodies to be hand made for your cars by a local aluminum fabricator.
They are built for full race. Body includes rear fire wall, roof, 2 main large side panels, 2 upper side panels to close in more for racing, front and back number plates, 2 wrap around front corner panels, a hood, a dash and the 2 rear corner panels all for:
$1,500. for single seater.



2 Seat Aluminum Body
$1,600.













Powder Coating
Mini Lite's also offers Powder Coating services for your bodies after they are built. Any color you choose fully Powder Coated inside and out of each piece for:
$650. approx. This is for single or two seat car bodies and parts.
This includes any coil springs or small detail parts you would also like coated at the same time.
