Within the mysterious town called Salem, Massachusetts an academy & boarding school named Salem Covenant Academy lies hidden away. Students live, eat, sleep and study with in the old walls of ancient frightening secrets. Salem, Massachusetts was haunted and plagued by madness and death long ago, witches were accused and killed but that hasn't changed the ghosts of the dead make themselves known. Screams and cries heard in the night, eerie sounds and lights. Hidden graveyards do you dare venture into the forest and woods after the sun sets?

Bates Complex
The Bates Complex houses 354 juniors and seniors in 59 six-person furnished apartments. There are two types of apartments: "flats" which are single-level apartments and "townhouses" which are two-level apartments. Each flat has three double rooms. Most townhouses are also set up with three double rooms, however a small number have two double rooms and two single rooms. There is no price differential for single versus double rooms in each apartment at Bates. Each apartment includes two bathrooms, a kitchen with a full size stove and refrigerator, and a living area.
