Well, the earliest reference to it on letsroll911.org is a post by Dylan dated July 29, 2004. In it he is talking about a release date of September 11, 2004.
The title of the thread is :

Do you think that United 93 and WTC are a direct answer to LC?

I do not understand your question.

I think he's talking about the movies named "United 93" and "World Trade Centre".

Well, I have only seen a snippet of 93.... at the very end ( " you can help look if you want" ). I do not believe that I have seen the other one at all.
Therefore I am not qualified to answer this question. ;)

what i meant to say is,
do you think the above 2 movies were made because of the truth movies coming out like loose change?

I think that was definitely a factor. Also the whole 20th hijacker trial taking place at that time was probably used to try and gain support for the official story.
Overall I would have to say that their attempts failed. do you think that these films were in response to the truth movement? what's your take on it?

Yes I defenitley think that "United 93" was a direct response to LC.
Apparently they didn't write a script and did improv and rushed it pretty fast.
The sick thing is they're making millions off it.
