Title: You've Let Me Down...
Description: ...Until I do more research...

Roobix - August 25, 2006 06:51 PM (GMT)
So. Here I am, all hyped up on conspiracy theories, sharing Loose Change with my friends and family, spreading this message that I hoped would shed some truth on this event.

Then yesterday... I find this website: **edited due to numerous referencs already in forum**

Dylan, Korey, and Jason: You've let me down. You have a lot of work to do before a third edition comes out.

To everyone else, I suggest a thourogh read-through of this information before sharing Loose Change with anyone else. It might save you some embarassment.

I'm quite disappointed. You really had me going there.

Ross11988 - August 25, 2006 06:56 PM (GMT)
Yes, there are alot of errors in the movie, yes they have been addressed and fixed in the Recut of Loose Change, which you can see here www.seeloosechange.com. But NO its still obvious 9/11 was a inside job.

chucksheen - August 25, 2006 06:56 PM (GMT)
Old news.

Sorry to disappoint you.

It's not easy making a perfect documentary, wanna try?

LCFC owns.

Loose Change, alone is not enough.

I suggest you go do more research on 9/11 before making your conclusion based on one film and one article. [thumbsup]

We assume you have not read enough into 9/11.

I suggest your 1st stop be the irrefutable red flags/smoking guns listed on http://TruthSeeker.us

I'm not going to say any more until I see the Recut edition. But the 2nd edition was a major step backwards as far as factual research goes. Lets hope the Recut will be a step forward. I'll see you in september when I get high-speed back.

You named Loose Change and the viewers guide as a rebuttal. Those were what I mentioned. I simply said go do more research on 9/11 before concluding your beliefs on the matter.

Trust me man, I'm not even close to having my mind made up, but let me give you the same advice. Thanks for pointing me to the recut edition. I'll get back to you after I see it.

You have to admit though, for youth, we certainly are critical thinkers. [thumbsup]

Please don't edit my thread title. Those are not my words.

And why are you in here? I thought this board was for "youth"? Do the rules not apply to administrators?

Rainman71 - August 25, 2006 07:45 PM (GMT)
Changing the intial wording or taking them out of context is common practice in this post 9-11 age.
Just ask Larry Silverstein. Do you want your thread "pulled" or well done?

Yes, as an admin, I will take the liberty of rewording ignorant statements with full public disclosure and transparency. If you don't like being ignorant, get informed. This section is focused on youth but anyone is allowed to post.

We are all on the same boat and team. In time, when you become educated, you will probably come to appreciate the sense of urgency to get fully informed on 9/11 and corruption in general. In fact, an excellent jump start would be to listen to all of Richard Andrew Grove's podcasts at http://8thEstate.com and when you are done you will realize what we are dealing with here.

Precisely.

Character assaination and personal attacks are the tools of the feeble minded.

Attack the message not the messenger. You will be perceived to be an intellectualy honest skeptic and not adolescent, juvenile, immature, anti-intellectual troll. We have many puzzle pieces that people need to put together quickly and realize they need to be spreading the message of truth ASAP.

Unfortunately, I could say the same thing about Loose Change.

Chucksheen... you like to use that word a lot, don't you? "Truth". Whose truth? Yours? Certainly it can't be a universal truth, or you wouldn't have to spread your "message". This entire movement thing sounds a bit evangelical to me. And as far as anyone being able to post, last time I checked, the tagline of this board read: "21 and Under share their thought on 9/11. 21 and Under only please. This is their forum. Not for Adults."

If the title of my thread was in some way "adolescent, juvenile, immature, anti-intellectual", please, tell me how. What part of the statement "You've let me down" in any way does not express how I feel after reading about the numerous inaccuracies in this documentary?

If you want my opinion, I think you're doing a poor job of encouraging intelligent debate as an administrator of this forum, and I encourage you to keep informed yourself. Are you capable of executing a post without demeaning me? I am no less "educated" than anyone else, and I find that accusation to be ignorant, in itself. Or is that just what you call anyone who disagrees with you?

Make no mistake, I agree with many of the points raised by Loose Change. Especially the fact that we should not have to sacrifice our own personal freedoms in fear of either the government or of a terrorist threat. I just feel that I can no longer share it with friends and strangers, knowing there are so many flaws in it.

I wonder... If I wrote a half-assed article about the sky being red... Would people believe it because I said so? Or look at the sky and realize that Im talking shit? What if I throw in a personal attack on everyone who believes that the sky is blue every couple of sentences? What if I asked rhetorical questions to the reader, making it appear like these questions prove the other party wrong somehow? Well, I can't say I wouldnt get any followers, but what I can say is.. those followers wouldn't be very bright if they can believe that the sky is red... just from me telling them.

richie21 - August 26, 2006 02:11 AM (GMT)
Roobix, I know there are a lot of errors in the film, (don't believe everything the viewers guide says though, they added a bunch of opinions without evidence themselves because 99% of people aren't going to read through something that lenghty on the internet.) I am still convinced that 9/11 was an inside job.
I would recommend that you read this. I think that it puts 9/11 into perspective.

C'mon guys. Wake up and smell the TROLL.

This guy is a troll. full bloody stop.

let's not argue with him.

Even if he wasn't a troll, he's at the very least a fence sitter, so what the hell is he doing on a 9/11 Truth forum???

You can tell from his very first post, which, by the way, was not in the New Members section. Of course not. Why bother to introduce himself? He'd only alert us to the fact that he's a troll.

"Then yesterday... I find this website" [poop] Phooey.

CrazyBlade - August 28, 2006 11:11 AM (GMT)
Roobix I have edited your post as we have already seen and, quite honestly, laughed at that website. Many, many times before, and there are still numerous links to be found here. Posting that is almost becoming spamming and I will not stand for it. Consider this your first warning.

I will say this once again for all trolls, shills and doubters on here:

YOU CANNOT DEBUNK QUESTIONS

Check out Universal Seed, debunk all of those, then return. If you can.

Obvious? Uh, not to me. I watched LC and it didn't sway me at all. I doubt any future versions of it will do otherwise. I'll have to agree with Roobix...well, except for the bit about you letting me down.

Again, I find myself confused. Is this a forum for debate or for patting yourselves on the back? It's starting to seem more and more like the latter...which is scary because I've come across white nationalist forums that were like that.

Tell me why we should let you stay. I await your answer.

Because if you don't let me stay, you're as bad as the government you're trying to discredit.

Denying opposite viewpoints is not the best way to get people to join your cause.

you have no intrest in the truth, IMO,

how do you feel about william rodriguez?

clpo13 - September 7, 2006 06:20 PM (GMT)
I have every interest in the truth. Yours is not it. Truth requires proof, and any "proof" I've seen from you guys has not stood up to close scrutiny.

And what of Rodriguez? So he saved 15 people from the WTC. Does that mean something, or am I missing the "obvious" suspicious evidence?

No one here is committing genocide. That is a laughable assertion.

clpo13 - September 7, 2006 07:19 PM (GMT)
If I was a troll, I'd be doing more than simply disagreeing with you, now wouldn't I?

And I'm not alluding to genocide. I'm talking about the limiting of free speech. Or weren't you aware the government apparently does that?

THE DECIDER - September 7, 2006 07:28 PM (GMT)

No one here is limiting your free speech. This forum isn't run by the govt. It is private property. Not letting you put signs in my yard is not a violation of your rights. You should study the documents our nation is based upon a little more.

Actually...private property on the internet is more than a thought. It's been more than a thought for quite some time. The only difference is that once its private, it's usually referred to as an intRAnet. The internet is comprised of a little more than google.

That is not quite true although I do agree that you can have private property on the Internet. An IntRAnet site is a site that is running behind the firewall of a network and is only accessibly by people inside the network unless there is some kind of tunnel through that they have been given access to.

The fact that you have to sign up and agree to the service provider’s terms and conditions before you can use this forum properly gives it a certain element of privacy.

You can't go onto a School Children’s forum about homework help and start swearing if they say, when signing up to it, that you must not use bad language. You would get banned immediately. Going by your logic, as the Internet is "Public Property" they had no right to ban you and you could say what you like on their forum. The same goes here.

This forum as a place where members of the 9/11 Truth Movement can discuss the facts, evidence, speculation and future of 9/11 and what it has caused. Constructive arguments are allowed. There have been many civil and some not so, inside the forum between members that believe different things i.e. No Planes hit the Towers or Pentagon, 93 was shot down etc.

Then you have learned nothing at all. Truth is not given, truth can only be found.

You act as you still expect to be given a whole truth just as easily as the lies.
