Gender: Male

Physical description: Daniel is pretty tall, almost six feet, and is very lean. He isn't very muscular. His hair is Dark brown, just like his eyes, and is medium length and messy. He wears a black t-shirt with a White jacket, and black jeans. His face is very angular, and he has a small scar along his left temple. He usually stands in a very slack, relaxed way that hides his nervous energy.

Personality: Daniel is usually nice, and tries to be friends with new people, but tends to be shy around those he doesn't know. He is always full of energy, either from beinging exicted or nervous. Either way, he hides it by acting relaxed and calm. Or, tries to atleast. He is somewhat paranoid as well, which makes it hard for him to trust people. (Hence, the nervousness.)

History: Daniel has known about his power from birth, and so was discriminated against his whole life for being different. He had lived with his mother and little brother until he was 13. He left his home in the dark of night and ran as far away as he could. It wasn't that he had a bad family or anything, he just decided it was time to go. He wandered from city to city, using his powers to earn money as a street preformer. When he heard about Lilliumn, he started running again. He found his way here and registered only a week ago. Beyond that, his life was mostly normal.

How Long you have been at Lilliumn's: Not very long. He wandered into town only a week ago, and had just recently joined the school. He is just now getting the routine down.

Powers: Daniel is a Psionist. He is skilled in telekinesis, and can use it to create short lived barriers or projectiles. He also meddles in alchemy, creating a variety of strange potions in his spare time.

Would you like to have a roommate for the dorms?: Sure.

Alchemy? Well, I guess knowledge is power, so being able to use that chemistry set without looking at the instructions is a bit helpful, but somehow "1337 Chemistry Skillz" doesn't strike me as a very typical Gifted power.

Edit: I have another character, too. I swear I came up with this before I saw the Banshee-based Spirit Summoner. I thought of it last night.

Name: Derrick Smith

Age: 17

Gender: Male

Physical description: Derrick has collar length black hair which partially covers his steely eyes. He is tall, roughly 6', and very tense. He has very lean muscles.

Personality: Derrick is very withdrawn and silent. He doesn't mind speaking to other people, or hanging out, but he tends to avoid making an long-term connections with anyone. He is also very high strung, constantly on watch for tricks.

History: Derrick lived with his family in a city up in the Andies as a kid. Unknown to his parents, he often hung out with an older kid named Kane. Of course, even he didn't know that Kane was a Spiritualist. One day he stumbled in on Kane while Kane was binding a spirit. Kane had a deadly disease that he used bound spirits to slow. After that day, Kane agreed to teach Derrick how to create spirits. After three years, Kane betrayed Derrick, trying to use him as a sacrifice to summon a powerful demon. In a massive battle, Derrick managed to knock out Kane and get away. He had been running for years from spirits and demons until he hard about Lilliumn's. He settled in only a few weeks ago.

How Long you have been at Lilliumn's: Also not very long, maybe a few weeks at most.

Powers: Spiritualist. He can summon spirit minions from the afterlife, temporarily binding them to himself. While he can only bind a few spirits a day, he can use a variety of different spirits. His favorite spirit is a lightning sprite that supercharges his physical abilities.

Kane might eventually be a bad guy, or atleast a personal rival. He is still trying to kill Derrick.

He's pretty smart, all considering, but he'd be a freshman at the best. Freshman, that sounds good. Well, smart enough to be one anyway.
