Three words: A LONG time I've just gone into Google and googled the news section of that search engine for Les Miserables. Nothing there unfortunately. Maybe someone else might have better luck... -------------------- Who will wake them? No one ever will...
Too soon, too young to die. Lamenting, we weep, cry: Too soon, too young to die. Someone used to cradle them and kiss them when they cried... "But...what are you doing here?!" Woman Two exclaimed. "Or are you all Marius in disguise?" |

For now, you can enjoy my sims movie-musical
Hopefully the movie-musical with real-life actors happens before we're all dead the way it's going. -------------------- Who will wake them? No one ever will...

I sincerely hope so.

I'm not sure whether I want them to make one now so I can see it in the cinemas and collect all the merchandise and everything, or whether I want them to not make it for a while so I can improve my singing skills and be in it!

they should make one but the cast needs to be chosen very carefully. Maybe luck will strike us all and John Owen Jones will be JVJ and Philip Quast will be Javert. I pray they don't use a Hollywood cast like they did for Hairspray. (Not saying the cast was horrible but Les Mis is a delicate musical and it's quite hard to bring it to life if the cast is wrong) They must only cut scenes and characters if they have too cuz I remember people being extremely pissed at 1998 version cuz some characters were potrayed wrong, beloved Ponine cut out, etc. and since it is the 21st century the quality and set should be extremely complimentary(sp? got a cold) so maybe the barricade will be better. As for Gavroche's death, most likely yes it will be put in but instead of Little People they should us Faute a Voltaire for his death song. Gavroche is a big part of the novel (I've read the unabridged version all 1463 pages) and sadly the musical downsized his part quite a lot. I believe that producers, directors etc. should read the novel before going through with this movie in order to get an idea for it. If I had the patience and devotion to read the novel, they should be able too. (Consideting I'm 12 and an aspiring Broadway actor (my voice is not cut out for pop/rock music) Let's all cross our fingers and hope that the musical movie will be living to our expectations and if Anthony Warlow and Tom Lucas are in it, I will definately see it.

Or even Sutton Foster as Eponine or Fantine. God, that woman's GOOD.
