The Asylum
This building is one of the most heavily guarded buildings throughout the Council area. Heavily armed guards patrol outside and inside its three foot thick walls to insure that the bodies that lurk inside the white building walls stay inside. Those who are moved to this building means that they are not fit to be a in a regular asylum.
