Swisher walk behind mower

I traded for a Swisher walk-behind this weekend. It has a 10.5hp Briggs I/C with a 42" cut. It is a four speed with reverse. It need some work as it has sat outside for a while. Just wondering if anyone around here had been around one. I'll post pics if 'ya wanna see.

Just thought I'd see if y'all were still sane, of course there will be pics! I have been pretty busy this week, haven't had much 'puter time or wrenchin' time. This evening I finally got a little wrench time, got a push mower humming that came with this, and then worked on the engine a bit. Freed up the recoil, replaced the rusty ratchet balls, and cleaned the flywheel and coil. I also replaced a couple missing bolts in the cover. By then it was getting dark (the garage is more of a mess than usual so I'm working outside), I poured a little gas in the carb and it fired! So now it is onto the carb and cleaning the tank. Then I will get to the deck.







Sorry for the rambling but I haven't been on the 'puter much lately so I got a little chatty, going into withdrawals.
