Tythel threw the book open and began flipping through pages at random, scanning the text. His eyes narrowed as he flipped through more and more, a frown forming on his face as his eyes worked feverishly over the texts. After a few moments he turned his glare back to Akilah, though he attempted to remain calm it was all but impossible to hid the dark growl from his voice, “I can not read all of this… Some of these words and symbols, I do not know or understand. Why is that? Is this spelled? Certain pages are blank to me. What is the meaning of this?”
“Are you kidding?” Del snorted, looking back at her and then to the violent storm riddled sky. The driving wind and snow and lightning would make it impossible for them to fly. He shook his head before glaring back at Avena, “We’d be torn up if we tr…” His voice cut off as he had a sudden realization. Avena, was a goddess, probably well beyond capable of protecting the three demon’s from the weather. “Er… right…. Goddess..” Del sighed, shaking his head at his own ignorance.
