Doc, I think the OEM cap is lighter, even with long a$$ hose...OEM Cap feels a few grams lighter. But just using right hand, left hand scales for now...I will measure on real scale when I have a moment.

But, once I polish tusk logos off billet cap, might be even closer... biggrin.gif

I'll keep ya updated for your weight savings project! wink.gif

If you drill enough holes in the billet cap, then it is lighter, not to mention being well vented! OK..... Sure it's a little messier, but it looks COOL!!!!! biggrin.gif

Okay Zilla Brothers! I just got my new Billet Gas Cap and WOW it's Awesome! And it fit's Perfect and it is very light, it does weigh a little more than stock but not by much.

Okay Guys,
I had the maiden voyage with the new billet gas cap and the results were awesome no problems whatsoever I saw that some of you posted that you had a problem with fitment and don't know why you had that problem but the one I received fits great.
btw Erbe this is the first piece of bling on my zilla.
