"Riley... What is there to say about Riley? You can't just put him in one category or the other, he's a huge mix of everything you could possibly imagine. He's one of the most loyal friends that you might stumble upon, he would never hurt anyone on purpose and doesn't tend to rely on revenge or hold grudges. If he doesn't like you, he'll probably just ignore you, or deal with you until you go away. He isn't one to get worked up over stupid things, and always thinks before he acts. Each word that spills out of his mouth is well thought over and processed to make sure that it is indeed what he wants to say.

Riley is probably on more of the hopeless romantic side of things. He always sees the beauty in life, even if there's a bad situation. He's an optimist rather than a pessimist, and he tends to make sure that others can see the blue sky through the clouds. He never takes life for granted, and lives every moment he possibly can. I've never seen him just pass something over like it's nothing, no matter what it may be, Ry will take the time to find it's true potential, no matter how long that might take. Riley never does a half ass job of anything. If he says he's going to do something, he does it.

Ry had never really had trust issues or anything of that sort. He's always trusted people, for as long as I've known him, which is a pretty long time, considering. History:

"I remember the day that Riley was born. Boy, did I hate that kid, the moment he was placed into my mothers arms, I just knew that we weren't going to get along. We would be the typical brother and sister, always fighting and arguing over who got what and what cartoon we would watch, because, hey, thats what brothers and sisters were supposed to do, right? Well, my little four year old self seemed to think so, therefore, that was exactly what happened. When we were younger, Riley and I always fought over who got the last cheeto or who got to use what pillow, or what bedtime story was going to be read that night. Of coarse, there were the few occasions where we were caught actually getting along, but they were few and far between. I'm sure we put our parents through hell.

It wasn't until our little brother, Logan was born that we started to get along. Riley was six and I was ten when it happened, and we were both so ready to not get along with Logan when he was old enough, we kind of forgot about not getting along with each other. We still had our occasional fits around each other, but our lives weren't centered around that anymore. As the three of us grew older, Riley and I seemed to have more and more in common then we had originally thought, though again, goodness forbid we actually share that fact with the world. We were a pretty tight knit family after Logan was born, and happily so. Riley grew up quickly, making his way through middle school and high school with top grades, played in a few bands, did the whole teenage party scene, and in his senior year, he was offered a full scholarship to UCLA, which he took without hesitation.

I'm rather proud of my little brother now, actually. He's on his way to graduating from college with a Music degree, and plans to teach music classes wherever he can, hence why he's at Kristophs now, as a student teacher. Who knows, maybe he'll end up staying if things go well for him. He's earned everything he has in life and deserves to get the job that he wants, and have the life that he's always dreamed of. I wish him the best."
