Without any warnings or scientific evidence supporting it, a combination of fire, earthquakes, and lava flow is ravaging Fleet Town. Many of the citizens have evacuated, but a small amount are taking advantage of the catastophe to raid stores and homes of their belongings. Both Mura City and Fleet Town police are scrambling to keep the situation under control, though reports of violent mobs and disorganization amongst Fleet Town police makes this task a daunting one. The effort to contain the blaze is also proving to be difficult, as the lava damage has ruined water mains and cut off the water supply to firefighters. Mura City has been supplying water-type pokemon until the situation can be better handled, and many of the injured are being transported to Mura to receive treatment. What caused this disaster to occur in the first place is a mystery. Scientists are baffled as to why Fleet Town received so much volcanic activity when no earlier studies predicted such a thing could ever happen. The popular theory is that Team Rocket had a hand in this, and fewer still claim it was the work of a single pokemon. The death count cannot be confirmed at this time. Back to you and HQ, Ronnie."
