Dex: Sharike have powerful hind legs, which they use to both walk and fly. They aren't terribly adept at flying, but they don't get tired quickly. A sharike's main weapons are its fangs and legs, though its whip-like tail can sting. To initiate flight, sharike usually jump off a tree or tall object, though stronger sharike can jump to launch themselves into the air.

In the wild, sharike can be found in either forests or plains, depending on the pokémon that gave birth to them; dealta-borns are found in forests, while savalisk-borns are found in plains (further info under the appropriate dex entry). Notably, dealta-borns are far easier to find and catch, being less-protected than savalisk-borns, although behavioural differences require further research. Sharike live in packs on the plains, or instinctively form sharike swarms in the forest at a certain age, but only for protection. They eat insects, which they sometimes attract by leaving shreds of rotten meat out in the open. They prefer to escape from danger, but if cornered, sharike will strike back.

Dex: Dealta are rarely seen because they spend most of their lives in the air. Their wings, which share design with some warplanes, enable them to fly extremely quickly, so they can snatch bird pokémon from the air. They use their forelimbs to control their direction, and they use their legs to control speed. They can kick opponents in midair and recover with unparallelled skill, or use their fangs or tail as deadly weapons.

Though solitary for most of their lives, in early spring, dealta will gather in forest clearings that are undisturbed by human life in order to lay their eggs. This is often the only time a dealta will spend on the ground. Both sexes fiercely protect their eggs, even forgoing food until the eggs hatch, but once the eggs begin to hatch, they will abandon their nests entirely, often all at once. Sharike that hatch too early may be snatched up and eaten by famished dealta still protecting their own nests. Dealta show no mercy to anyone who gets close, and intruders are usually the only food a dealta will get.

Dealta-born sharike have high death rates when they first hatch, but once a sharike is three months old, it will seek out others of its kind. Any dealta-borns who evolve into a dealta will fly away as soon as evolution is complete, while dealta-borns who evolve into a savalisk will leave the forest and search for savalisk packs on the nearby plains.

Although, in general, flying pokémon under 80 pounds can't carry a human, a dealta can easily support a few people without much effort. However, it may become more difficult for the dealta to launch itself from flat ground if it has a lot of weight to carry.

Dex: Savalisk packs make their territory on large plains, where they will not be disturbed by civilisation. Their packs are loosely formed, only defined by members and territory. Savalisk will help protect each other or gather to hunt large game, but otherwise, they have friendly but distant relationships with each other.

Like sharike, savalisk are capable but not experts at flight, partially due to their wing design. However, their legs are exceptionally strong, and their kicks have been known to shatter ribs and spines. They use the claws on their feet as well as sheer power, as their forelimbs are too short to make effective weapons.

During mating season, savalisk form pairs for short periods of time, when the male will offer the female food and impress them with kicks, jumps, flight, dances, and their colouring. However, they separate after the eggs are laid, and the savalisk leave the nests. They will attack any creature going after the eggs, but they won't closely guard even their own eggs. When the savalisk-borns hatch, the sharike are assimilated into the pack. However, the sharike must find their own food, as savalisk hunt game while sharike eat insects.

Any savalisk-born dealtas fly away soon after evolution, and occasionally, dealta-born savalisks are invited into the pack.

Awesome. Great design, great moveset and dex entries, consider it approved if you guys can scrape up a sprite. I think the typing is a little weird, them being dragons and all, but at least it's unique. XD

Well, Charizard is the "Flame Pokemon" and Aerodactyl is more of a pteradactyl than an actual dragon. I just think its a little odd to dub it a "Jumping Dragon" pokemon and opt for Fighting typing instead of Dragon.

In any case, sprites are good enough. I dub thee pokemon approved for the Kuthodex, of whom's future is yet unknown. =P I'll add them tomorow to the 'dex.
