Sleep
It's the best if you can sleep 8 hours a day !!!
Like continuous sleep and not waking up ( weiqi : I think what he meant was , not waking up between sleep)
But , when morning comes , I will still wake up...
I will ensure that I get a sufficient amount of sleep by counting the time backwards (weiqi : I think what he meant was to sleep earlier if he have to wake up early the next day)
Because,I will look so bad that everyone will know that I did not have enough sleep (laugh)
I'm not the type that can sleep at any place,that's why I cannot sleep when I'm on the move
But , I can sleep ALOT on the sofa in my living room !

Eating
This is very important !!!
Because I want to eat things that taste good!
I'm the type that will feel hungry during the evening and I will hope that work will end soon , so that I can go out with my friends and eat something good...
I'm eating alot of Yakiniku (Kanji:���� English: Japanese BBQ)
I think it's too much if I eat Yakiniku once every week , but I still eat it quite oftenly.
I love to eat the Gyutan ( Kanji :���^�� English: Cow's tongue) I don't really go out to have my meals if I'm alone
If I'm alone at home, I will cook pasta for myself instead of buying bento , But that RARELY happen !

BGM (Background music)
i tend too play music when I'm cleaning my room , it makes me more hyped up, I tend to do things better if I'm listening to my favourite music (laugh)
I HAVE to listen to music when I go to sleep , the BMG that I listen to is 100% western music,
I mean , I cannot avtually listen to our own music when I'm at home ne ~ (laugh)
But when I heard our song being aired when I go out , I actually feel quite happy but also embarrassing at the same time , and I don't know why I feel that way , anyway it's a very complicated feeling...

Lover/girlfriend (weiqi: in japanese they wrote koibito)
I think it's better if I had a girlfriend.
I will work extra hard and I will also feel more calm and steady...
Or maybe should I say I will feel more relieved ?
Because it's great to be alive
I will try to meet up with the other party regularly if i have the time, it will be great if there's only 2 of us , but I like it too , if she can have fun together with my friends, of course I will attend her friend's gathering/party.

Family and friends
I think the source of my energy is from my family and friends , that includes the members of Kat-tun too.
For example , when I'm feeling really down , even when I did not tell them why I'm feeling so sad , just being with them cheers me up.
i think friends means being together all the time , I think that's why friends exist , they always makes me feel full of energy , to repay them I will cherish them alot...
