The Apprentice USA, Celebrity Version

A full series of a Celebrity Apprentice from America is showing on the BBC. Starts Monday and continues Wednesday. On late but should be available on iPlayer. A few familiar names, Piers Morgan, Lennox Lewis, Gene Simmons (frontman of ahem, 'rock' group Kiss) and actress Marilu Henner whom you may know from old comedy 'Taxi' are sprinkld with some obscure names. I watched bits of the opener, it looked OK.

I stayed up last night. Great episode. The clashes between Piers Morgan and the big Italian man were hilarious, so camp.

But, despite trying, I fell asleep and missed the last few minutes. Who won the task? Who was fired and why?

It all got a bit silly. The girls won the task but Vinnie (?) the Italian actor had said he would quit. There wa sa very long, somewhat pointless discussion before the 'Italian' was fired. I actually for once supported Piers in that why do all these actors think they really are in the mafia? stephen Baldwin revealing his flawed christianity too.
