Sam Pepper is hot new Big Brother favourite
Sam Pepper has become the new Big Brother favourite - despite only being in the show for two weeks.
His odds have been slashed from 7-1 to 13-8 following a huge £10,000 single bet placed on the graffiti artist to win the last series of the Channel 4 reality show.
As a result the 21-year-old has overtaken long-time favourite Corin to take the 13-8 lead. Corin is 2-1 and Josie is 11-4.
In Friday's eviction, Jo is the 2-7 favourite to get the boot, Dave is 5-1 while Sam and JJ appear safe at 7-1 and 12-1 respectively, William Hill said.
"Mr Pepper has really added a bit of spice to the house in the past two weeks and he is by far the best backed housemate," said Hill's spokesman Joe Chilly.

I think JJ shows next to no romantic interest in Josie. He originally said that they were friends. The idea of a romance was planted by BB.
On the other hand, Josie's love for JJ is genuine. She is totally in love and will be seriously upset after they all leave the BB11 House when she realises that there really is no romance. The humiliation and the hurt could do her long-lasting emotional damage.
Sam is Sam. He has a good heart. We saw that when he approached BB and asked what he could do to get Dave his letter from his children. An amazing gesture, especially as he was not allowed to tell the House why and how he was given the letter.
However Sam has a lot of growing-up to. He is a very young 18. The other housemates do appear to be baiting him and then object when he reacts in an OTT way.
What interested me the most about last night's episode was Mario's face when he found out that the 2 JJs were leaving the House to take partr in the panto-horse race. He could barely conceal his envy and his fury. A real jealous guy.

Eddy I agree to an extent about Sam. He had a couple of days of being rather kind and sweet, even amusing but suddenly some switch goes off in his head and he reverts back to being a jerk. He was not in the least "goaded" when he suddenly decided to pull off Josie's duvet. Yes, she retaliated later by pouring a small amount of water in his pocket then he starts spraying ketchup around. Big difference between water which dries out and actually cleans things and ketchup which just makes a mess.
I agree that Josie is smitten by the Aussie but he probably fancies JJ more than he does Josie.
Mario's face was a picture. Maybe he is just used to getting anything he wants and cannot stand seeing others have fun. A strange fish, Mario.

All housemates to face eviction next week By Tom Ayres
Channel 4 has announced that nominations have now ended for the rest of the series.
Instead, phone lines will open tonight for viewers to vote out any of the remaining nine housemates once either JJ, Jo, David or Sam are evicted in tonight's live show.
This evening will also bring another twist when housemates are informed of the upcoming 'Champions' series of Big Brother, which begins immediately after the series final on August 24.
The original housemates are currently unaware that the winner of this series will remain in the house for two further weeks competing against the most loved and hated housemates from previous series. They are also unaware that nominations have now ended.
Housemates will tonight be given one minute to decide which of them they believe deserves to win the series, after which the chosen person will receive immunity and a fast-track ticket to the final.
The phone lines to evict any of the current housemates will open tonight following the live eviction.

Big Brother: four evictions next week!
Channel Four has confirmed that four housemates will be evicted from Big Brother next week ahead of the final on August 24.
The news comes after the housemates were informed of the date of the final, and the start of Ultimate Big Brother featuring some of the best past housemates.
There are currently nine remaining housemates - but the quadruple eviction means numbers in the house will be almost halved by next Friday night.
However it remains unclear whether all four will be given the boot next Friday or whether the evictions will be staggered throughout the week.
Josie is immune from eviction after the housemates voted her to receive an automatic pass to the final on Friday night's show.
The winner of the final on August 24 will compete in Ultimate Big Brother in which past housemates from both Big Brother and Celebrity Big Brother will compete for the title of Ultimate Housemate.

John James keeps calling everyone else "game players" but he is the biggest one in the house. I'm really getting bored with it. Four to leave on Friday will be Steve, Andrew, Dave and Mario.

Thanks clueless.
It's an ok twist to see some old friends but I don't see what can be gained in term's of the show's dynamic.
Most of the housemates on that list were not in the BB11 House at the same time as many of the remaining housemates. Also, we have already heard what they think.

Josie is firm favourite for BB11 win By Alex Fletcher
Bookmakers have installed Josie as the new firm favourite to triumph in Big Brother 11.
The Bristol sales rep is now rated at 8/13 with Paddy Power, after the remaining housemates voted to give her a free pass to next week's final.
Corin is rated at 11/4 to triumph, while late entrant Sam's odds have now drifted to 6/1. Former favourite John James has had his odds of winning lengthen dramatically since Friday and punters can now back him as a 25/1 longshot.
Mario (20/1), Andrew (25/1), Steve (25/1), Dave (33/1) and JJ (50/1) also have lengthy odds and are not expected be crowned the victor on August 24.

As the housemates sleep soundly with dreams of reaching the final in a week's time, little do they know that Bob Righter is set to spring a surprise on them this morning.
Dave is probably dreaming about 'the glory', Mario is surely dreaming about moles and perhaps Corin is fantasising about 'buzzin' her way into the final five, but we are certain none of them have any idea about the tricks old Bobby R has in store.

Last Friday, a dozen familiar faces rocked up at Elstree, to discuss and dissect every aspect of Big Brother, over a slap up meal!
Big Brother's Last Supper is a retrospective look at the last eleven years of classic reality drama, exploring how Big Brother has changed the landscape of British television. Scheduled to air on the night of the Ultimate Big Brother finale on September 10th, the dinner-based discussion was hosted by none other than Dermot O'Leary.
Yes, the legendary former BBLB presenter, who fronted the show between Big Brother 2 in 2001 and Celebrity Hijack in 2008, made a triumphant return to his former stomping ground, and was on fine form as he grilled eleven former housemates - each one representing a different series.
As you can see from the picture above, these eleven housemates were:
•Big Brother's first ever winner, Craig Phillips •Narinder Kaur from BB2 •Disco-dancing Alex Sibley from BB3 •BB4 champion Cameron Stout •BB5's Marco Sabba (no, we didn't recognise him with hair either) •The show's sixth winner, Anthony Hutton •The king of BB7, Pete Bennett •BB superfan and series eight winner Brian Belo •BB9 hunk Rex Newmark •One of the most controversial housemates from BB10, Bea Hammill •And our good friend and recent evictee Ben Duncan
With a line-up like that, you know you're in for a treat. But will any of these housemates also be hitting our screens when Ultimate Big Brother starts on Tuesday 24th August? Big Brother is keeping the line-up close to his chest, but make sure you stick with channel4.com/bigbrother for all the latest official news.

Housemates led by Sam have asked Josie to buy them a number of things if she manages to win the £100,000 prize money.
Sam began the pleas by asking Josie to buy everyone a pair of personalised trainers. Dave went on to ask the Bristolian babe for £300 worth of nice clothes and a slap up meal for all the housemates.
Josie then countered their requests by telling them she would probably buy Steve some legs. The housemates said that she should wait a while first as prosthetic legs are expensive and he may get some free.
Josie said although she thinks she won't win, if she did she would treat all of the housemates to a slap up meal at a fancy restaurant.
Josie has been given a pass to the final, all the other housemates face the public vote and four housemates face eviction this Friday.

John James would give prize money to Josie
Big Brother housemate John James has said that if he wins the reality Tv contest he would give the prize money to Josie. The winner of the show gets £100,000.
While the Australian thought that it was unlikely that he would win and Josie has a much better chance, he told fellow housemates that he would not keep the the cash.
John James said: "I would have given mine to Josie.
"Originally I was going to give it to charity but as time went on I decided to do that."
The retired welded added that he always intended to give away the money away and had even considered splitting the cash between all the housemates or giving it to the runner-up.
Meanwhile, John James has told Josie that he is willing to move to the UK to be with her.
He revealed his feelings for the Bristol lass in an intimate conversation under the bed covers.
John James told her: "I'm gonna move here to be with you, I want to move here.
"I still want to be here with you."
Josie is worried that his feelings for her will not be the same once they leave the reality house.

He must think that he is not going to win or that he will pick up votes by making a statement like that.
Exactly Eddy. John James has protested too much that he doesn't care about the show but everyone else is a game player. He wants to win as much as anyone and it seems will say anything to please the crowd.
