John James has been sticking up for Caoimhe and her decision to choose Mario to replace her in the save and replace task.
When Caoimhe chose Mario she told the House she was choosing him because she was sure that he would survive the eviction on Friday. However, since then Ife has been saying to housemates that this decision was tactical and that the Irish lass chose Mario hoping he will be evicted.
A few moments ago, John has jumped to Caoimhe’s defence telling Mario that she is ‘definitely not in here to win’. Mario seems unsure of Caoimhe’s actions stating, ‘things don’t happen by accident, this is a game’.
John said that 'she feels bad enough as it is' and that people shouldn't question her decision and that she can chose who she likes. John and Caoimhe have become closer over the last few days and it seems that he is being a loyal friend to her. Mario remains to be unconvinced and is still angry at Caoimhe's decision.

Keeley has already tried on Ife’s wigs and now she is getting comfortable in Dave’s robes!
She has been strutting through the House showing off her new look. It seems to be going down a storm, Dave loves it and Josie told her that she looks ‘really cute’.
The more things she does - the more I dislike her ...

John James talks sense - shock! Like it or not BB have introduced "save and replace" and the housemates will just have to live with it. No matter who Caiomhe picked someone was bound to be upset, get over it. For what it is worth I think Mario is game playing for all his worth. Some have accused Corin of being to cheerful, well I think Mario is just too "I'm Mr Nice Guy." So it is Ife, Corin and Mario? Anyone will do for me but I would like to see Mario go.

Andrew, second favourite.
New Big Brother housemates don't usually do that well in the show (Brian Belo excluded), but it seems that loveable geek is a hit with viewers, and is now the second favourite to win!
Last week, Big Brother introduced Andrew, Keeley and Rachel to the show, and geeky Andrew has certainly made his mark with viewers already, and is now second favourite to win, behind Josie and level with John James.
Bookies William Hill have given Andrew odds of 4/1 to win - equal with John James and just behind Josie, who has odds of 7/2.
Andrew has leapt in front of former favourites Ben and Steve, and he will have to put a serious foot wrong if he is to massively lose support over the next few weeks.
We do have a soft spot for Andrew, but we feel JJ, Josie and Ben are much more worthy winners.
In other BB news - Ife is the favourite to be evicted this Friday - though only just.
Corin's behaviour has been a turn-off for viewers, so it is very close between the pair.
Their actions over the next few days could easily decide the outcome on Friday..

Big Brother has revealed this week's shopping task... and it's 'super' exciting!
Uber Cougar has now kidnapped all the boys! The girls' mission is to find their inner superheroes and battle against the enemy, in a bid to rescue their boys.
They have been trapped into her Cougar Lair and a ransom note is currently being played to the housemates. A mysterious cloaked woman is telling them that they must transform themselves into superheroes if they wish to be reunited with their boys.
The girls will soon change into their specially designed costumes for each superhero. Once changed they will each be set individual tasks. For each one they successfully complete, they'll get to free a boy of their choice and win £100 towards their shopping budget.

As the second day of the Superhero Task begins, Ife is up at the crack of dawn and donning her super gear ready for the day ahead.
The rest of the House are currently sound asleep after what had been a very eventful Day 36.
Incredible Ife on the other hand, has been up for the last half hour, brushing her teeth and slipping into her costume.
The House had a pretty good start to the task yesterday with Caoimhe, Keeley and Corin all completing their challenges. Rocket Rachel is also doing very well in her section of the task, although she still has a long way to go.
Today we will see Ife and Josie take on the Uber Cougar in an attempt to regain some of the boys from her Lair.

David complaining this morning about Ben. Apparently Ben's personal hygiene is somewhat lacking. He refuses to wash daily and seldom washes his clothers.

I think they could be right. Caoimhe is an easy target so is John James. Personally I would want Ben to go, the guy is insufferable. Keeley is not quite as dreadful as I feared she would be but I cannot take to her. There was speculation on BBBM that maybe Steve will start to pick up more nominations...

Birthday Task: Eternal Birthday Flame..
The winning team will each receive a present from Big Brother, and all Housemates will attend Big Brother's Birthday Party, complete with booze, nibbles and a big cake!
How it works:
The Housemates split themselves into three teams of three, plus a Pilot Candle Housemate, responsible for lighting the candles of the competing Housemates. There will also be a Birthday Cake Monitor Housemate responsible for guarding Big Brother's cake.
The teams compete in a relay with a twist – instead of batons, they pass the light of a candle. Each team member must light their candle from the Pilot Candle Housemate and then run one lap of the course.
They must then light the candle of the next team member, who runs the same course. Each time the candle goes out, the team must start from the very beginning again, with the first team member running.
The first team with all three members to complete the course must then light the candle on Big Brother's birthday cake, which is monitored by the Birthday Cake Housemate. This team wins the relay race and each member wins a present from Big Brother.
***
Housemates have started their Eternal Birthday Flame task, however the blustery weather is proving to make this task all the more difficult!
Housemates have to keep their candles alight whilst carrying it along their track, and lighting their partners wick. Keeley seemed to have got the knack early on, and completed one course, however Dave took over and a gust of wind blew him off track.
Mario got exceptionally close to lighting the final flame, when in one tense second the wind killed the glow. A set of confused housemates bickered over whether the candle did actually light, as the tip of the wick appeared burnt.
Not knowing whether or not they have completed the task, they have decided to carry on.
It appears they are finding it difficult to keep their flames anything but eternal, creating some very frustrated housemates!

Excellent task.
I see that a massively jealous Josie has managed to turn Keeva into a hate figure in the House. Just because she was envious of her friendship with JJ.
For once, I am feeling sorry for Keeva (apologies for the spelling, it's just easier this way).

I must have spelled Caoimhe a dozen different ways Eddy. Again I agree with you. Josie has a front of being nice and jovial but her feelings or whatever about John James bring out a nasty side to her. She herself has been 'playing games' by trying to flirt with Andrew but if Caoimhe so much as looks at JJ then Josie is up in arms.
I think they should be punished for talking about even possible nominations, it was like they were saying "shall we pick on Keeley this week?" and also Dave gave away the Ben day nonsense set by the tree so he needs punishment for that too.

Rumour.
Apparently BB has banned Keeva from making her nominations for eviction this week. The reason being that she has been going around asking the housemates to nominate her.
Fair enough. What about all the other nomination talk? There have been quite a few examples.

Rose, I don't much like Keeley but it did seem like the others were suggesting to each other she was who they should nominate. Dave definitely told Ben that he got his suitcase back because of the whole stupid "Ben Day" nonsense. Rachel warned him he shouldn't have said that but Dave said it was OK because the task was over.
Yes, Eddy these morons just cannot stop talking about nominations, potential nominations and who nominated whom. It is such a basic and simple rule I think the whole house has to be punished though I doubt it would prevent these clowns from carrying on.
