I have a question: why do you have it where the members see a E-mail thing, but it says click here?that is the only thing I wold like you to change.

While that option is there, only site staff (mods, global mods, and the admin) and e-mail members. If you want to privately contact a member, however, you're able to use the site's PM system. We have it set up this way to help better ensure the safety and privacy of our members :)
