I have studied the anabolic diet for over 4 years now under the guidance of Dr.Eric Serrano who is good friend of mine. Serrano studied under Mauro Di Pasquale for years who came up with and wrote the Anabolic Solution. The Anabolic diet can be used 2 ways to lose weight or gain weight while still having alot of energy and maintaining strength along the way. I have used this diet to go from 168-230 then back to 170 at 5% for a show but felt actually pretty strong whole time. I 3 board press 315 for 14 reps 2 weeks out of my bodybuilding show at 168 & 5% normally I was so weak by then I could not even walk. This diet is a natural way to spike growth,test,insulin correctly to get high anabolic effects in your body each week.Dr mauro was a world level powerlifter and made up this diet to get leaner and be stronger at same time it works well. Here is what I ate it also depends on how much you weigh ratios also.
1st 12 days carbs low 50 or under but I went unlimited calories #1 4 whole eggs with cheese on them #2 1 cup almonds and whey shake 2 scoops #3 8oz meat/green vegetables and more cheese cubes #4 cheese cubes 2 scoops whey shake #2 same as #3 before bed natural peanutbutter & cheese after day 12 for 12-48 hours eat lower protein higher carb medium fat everything goes icecream,cookies etc It makes you feel like freak its just like dieting for a show for 12 weeks the anabolic effect you get after the show indulgence is crazy now you have that each week it spike's all hormones effectivley -------------------- |
