*I'm working in some conditioning work on my training days so I won't be going for any rep PR's during this 4 week cycle.

I switched notebooks and can't find the one between the 11th and 20th so here is what I know.


Monday 7.20.9

Why use chains with Good Mornings? No reason except that I bought a lot of chain and want to use it once in a while smile.gif.

The Prowler has arrived!

Lots of experimentation with weights and surfaces but finally got it figured out. Eventually did 6 round trips (40 yds each way) holding the horns.

Trying to take Wendler's advice and start out extremely easy on the Prowler. That's not too hard to do since it kicks my butt with nothing on it!

40 yard Prowler sprints

Low Handle/0 Horns/0 Horns/50 Horns/50 Low/0 Low/0 Horns/90 Horns/90
