| Good warmup, Did a little more than normal, felt good BB Bench 135 x 40 275 x 10 315 x 8 Add 3 bd 405 x 3 Add SP 44 Super Katana, super tight shirt. I had to stretch the sleeves with a soccer ball. Worked like a charm. (but then we put the shirts on heheheh) Today went like this! Normal warmup Grip, Bies and tri's BB Bench bar x allot 135 x 45 225 x 15 335 x 3 425 x 2 Add 2 bd 445 x 3 Shirt up (44 sp Katana, very tight but getting used to it) 515 x 5 585 x 3 635 x 3 675 x 3 rep PR 725 x 1.5 Last rep was a grinder, GREAT PR!!! 655 full range should be in the books! Tri circut Kennelly DB's 50's x 10 x 3 Pushdowns x 3 Dips x 3 |

| Had a really crappy day on Saturday. I went in for a squat session and hurt my back on a f'n pussy 315 for 8 reps. This has been a ongoing issue so I found a really good Chiro in town that believes in rehabing with ultrasound. I went in today and it made a big differance. One session today and it alreay felt good enough to hit heavy bench tonight. ME Bench normal warm up Grip, Bies and Tris bar x allot. 3 hand poss. 135 x 45 3 hand poss. 245 x 30 3 hand poss. 335 x 10 Add 3 board 445 x 3 x 2 Felt weak, back was still tight, no arch add SP 44 Katana 495 x 5 freeking lightning 545 x 3 635 x 3 675 x 3 725 x 2 PR in SP 755 x 1 PR in SP shoulld have went for 3, Shirt was Jacked and It felt great! Gives me some good confidence for 2bd next week. Mid pin rack lockouts - RAW 5 second pause at top 405 x 5 455 x 5 x 2 Kennelly DB's 40's x 10 x 3 Great night. Adrian is the newest member of the team. He is a 242 Lbs'er that benched raw 505 last meet. Great guy. He went up to 585 (raw) for 3 or 4 sets of 3 off the bd's tonight. Very good partner. |

| dman you are back at it quick! nice work with the new shirt. i would skip decline bb bench if i were you....just my opinion. |
