It's quite an experience.

i'm a little biased towards it since the director, Suda 51, is my favorite game designer, but it was a really fun and entertaining game.
Lot's of action, a weird but well-done script, flying motorcycle, sexy russian chicks, etc.

It's one of my favorite games of all-time. i do hope they make a sequel.
