This is Victoria Maria Fisher, played by Susan Coffey, she is immortal, but her appearance is of a twenty-one year old. She is frenemies with Wake Holdt, which means that she too, is a doppelganger. At one point in time, Wake and Victoria had a fling together but nothing came from it. Nonetheless, when it comes time for the doppelganger (Wake) to go into hiding, she will be the one assisting him to Paris. (And eventually bringing the others to him after awhile of being in hiding.)
