The newswoman leaned forward, a bemused smile on her face. "Next, we're going to talk about this whole Shaa thing."

Her co-anchor laughed. "Crazy, isn't it?"

"It really is! I mean, we've seen such a large number of people going over there... including some politicians who want to get in on the ground level of the newly forming communities," she said, sounded baffled but enthusiastic. "I just can't believe the amount of people who are trying their luck there. I mean, Shaa doesn't exactly have a glowing reputation as a great place to live."

"Well, it looks like that's changing," the man laughed. "And it's not just the lower half of the income racket that's going."

"Oh yes... it looks like the self-proclaimed 'Adventurer Billionaire' Andrew DeMarks has thrown himself a going away party and is planning on getting a place in Shaa while exploring the dunes."

The man laughed, a twinkle in his eyes. "Well, best of luck to him. And to all of you!"

They shared a laugh, then he tapped his papers together.

"And for weather..."
