Looking to add a little spice to your thread collection?

How it works
Post a reply here with the code provided to have your character(s) added to the list for the current round of the Thread Randomizer! At the end of the current round, the submitted characters will be matched (paired, as long as there's an even # submitted) randomly and posted here with a thread premise that you can use or ignore to get a thread going between the matched characters.

Ex. Victor Cage and Ryan Archer :: Ryan encounters Vic after the curfew hour and recognizes him but can't quite figure out why . . .


Why?
Sometimes we miss some great opportunities because we don't realize they're available to us. The Thread Randomizer will hopefully encourage players to participate in threads with players or characters they might not think to write with otherwise, creating new connections between characters to maximize plot opportunities and keep the surprises and spontaneity rolling!

You have been matched!

It's up to you guys to arrange a thread at your convenience, but each pair/group has been posted with a possible thread premise to get you started. You're welcome to make use of that idea in some form or disregard it altogether. Good luck with the first round o' results! I hope you guys have fun with this and see it through to completion.

Gordon Blake and Michael Dawson

One hell of a bar fight starts up at Clancy's around Gordon and his information, which just so happens to involve past troubles of Mr. Dawson's.

Brian Dax and Maverick McCormick

A common enemy in the colony leads to Brian and Maverick having to team up, leading to more trouble as colonists wonder why Mr. Maverick's being buddy-buddy with an Ally.

Meredith Russo and Terra Byrd

It appears that these two have met before, but where? Hostility born from strong feelings about Fringe vs. Alliance politics are magnified by the past and events from recent memory.

Daniel Gaines and Fleur Flétrissent

Fleur gets mixed up in a drug-related problem and ends up having to deal with Dr. Dan, trying to hide her occupation in the process.

Victor Cage, October Dannings, and Ty Dexon

Vic continues his habit of playing mediator between Allies and colonists outside a strip joint, but this time he ends up being the target of some hostility. While one drunk-out-of-his-mind colonist goes off on Ty, Vic recognizes Toby from a past life, and things get sticky. Guns are drawn. Oh snap.

Flick Hatter and Jia Ning-Mei

With life on Initium being slightly less pleasant than usual, Flick gets to thinking about going away again sometime. She chats with Jia about her options for getting off Initium without going broke.

Margaret London and Helen Moreau

Maggie approaches Helen to talk about James and probes for hints about the information she uncovered about possible secret activity in the ARF.

Euraiah Glick and Rachel Hawkins

Concerned about his uncle, Isaiah, Eury goes to Rachel for answers.

James Hatter and Anna Kilvinsky

Adrien Tzara, ARF security extraordinaire, is gone. With the colony becoming increasingly dangerous and the ARF turning into a mess over the issues associated with hosting a bunch of nosy military personnel, James chats with the police chief about keeping the facility safe and functional.

I am posting here cuz I want more threads and Dun said I could. And I'm hoping other people will post here as well so I don't have to thread with myself. >_>
