Puts up with a lot of crap. ::Background:: Bypassing all the ancillary stuff, Rags has been working with the Archers since he was a teenager, and built up their trust until he became something of a bodyguard for Warren. Sort of became the "go-to guy" when an important deal was going down and one of the Archers needed protection (though most of the time they didn't want it -- Warren or Michael just told them to take Rags).
