In every case, people managed to find a way to use that illegally of course, because illegal meant money when legal just meant honesty. After the invention, government announced that dreaming commonly without the other individual's written permissions will be regarded as crime and in every way dreaming more than layer1 is a crime as well. There's a bunch of people out there waiting to give any amount of money to the special teams that do this job, to change someone else's mind. This meant everything to the human destiny. If you can control people's minds, couldn't you just be everything?
